Cons -
- -There was a draft coming from the bay window
- I think the breakfast options are good but I think it was very basic
- The hotel had no staff or front desk service which was not listed during the booking process so I felt blindsided when I found out only the day before and my reservation was non refundable.

This is a budget hotel. Definitely the equivalent of a UK 2/3 Star but it has a fab location. Really easy to get around and the marina makes for some great photo ops. The water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was really good. Staff were very friendly.
It's very dated, feels a bit like a static caravan. Thin walls, not the nicest shower room. But for the price it's definitely worth it. If travelling on a budget or you're running low on money and need somewhere to sleep, this hotel is a good choice.
Breakfast , location and top of that staff.
We loved the decoration at the entrance, the breakfast buffet was excellent and very very nice staff!
The smell in tbe room.
The location is very convenient with the nearby stores and a laundry shop, the staff are very friendly specially the front desk employees
Price
There’s a lot of noises, and looks like an old hotel. Smells a cigarette too
Clean and easy access
The card key didnt work at first but it was nit a big issue though.
Very close to public transit and easy to get around. Nice touch with PJ for everyone.
The rooms are really small for 3 people. For the third person it was a pull out couch.
Rooms are bigger than usual by Tokyo standards.
Subway is around 10min walk, although bus stations are near so thats convenient. No water served in room. We have to get them from certain floors
Size of the room was great! Breakfast buffet was very good too.
Lobby smelled like sewer when we arrived.
Building is really good and modern.Breakfast served is great.Very good location.
Hospitality is at its worst. In my years of travel, never seen this poor hospitality.Better go with other brands.
The location is great, although a bit farther from the city center. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities — especially the shampoo, shower gel, and lotion — are outstanding. We’ve stayed in several 5-star properties, but none compare to the quality of these products. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are wonderfully friendly. While their English is limited, they go out of their way to communicate using a translation device, ensuring you feel welcome and understood.
Clean rooms and organized, good breakfast, and overall amazing service.
Not near the more sites such as Shibuya and Shinjuku but that’s it.
The hotel is located in a nice, upscale, and very green neighborhood, perfect for peaceful evening walks without crowds. Despite the quiet surroundings, there is easy access to restaurants, 7-Eleven, and other conveniences. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious, with all the amenities you would expect from a Japanese hotel, including samples of face wash, cream, lotion, and more. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, offering both traditional Japanese and Western options..
The main downsides are the very old and/or dirty carpets throughout the hotel, which give off a dusty smell, and the poor noise insulation — you can clearly hear people passing by or in the neighboring rooms. Still, the hotel offers great value for the price, even with these drawbacks
The staff were very nice and they provide a really good breakfast!
The bathroom was cramped. You have to leave the door open to sit, then you can close the door.
Everything
The breakfast was unhealthy and the only option for vegans was cabbage, oranges and cold tofu. All refined grains, everything had butter and meat in it. Not very health friendly options.
This place was so great. I canceled my reservations at other hotels during my vacation in Japan, just to rebook this hotel for the remainder of my trip!
The only thing that could have been better is the breakfast. It’s the same two rotations every day. There’s no salad dressing for the salad, and not many options for vegans vegetarians or macro’s. All the breads are refined grains. Maybe they can try to make potatoes that aren’t always deep fried-baked potatoes would be great or roasted, spinach that has no butter or meat in it, no meat and butter in cauliflower broccoli carrot mix. (Literally meat in everything but the tofu chunk you can top with soy sauce or hijiki). There’s Shumai-with meat. Chicken meat balls-meats. Runny eggs or mini omelets-animal product. Spaghetti with meatballs. Then there’s fruit salad with a really high sugar content. So having that every day for almost three weeks made me wish I didn’t reserve the breakfast. Next time I will not reserve the breakfast and I’ll just go out to eat! They had great oranges though. Very fresh. They could try a salad bar, fruit bar, whole grains, different protein sources for everyone, and not add butter or oil to everything. That is the only improvements this hotel can make. The staff is amazing!!! The hotel is as well. Breakfast being the same every day and not having other choices is lacking to say the least. Or maybe good the guests am option to book breakfast for their desired dates not all or nothing.
The rooms were adequately comfortable. Nice view from my windows. One of the only rooms I found in Tokyo with two beds and a pull out to accommodate three people. Breakfast is amazing!
The hallways got a little warm at times. And the decorating downstairs with the fake plants was a little odd. But for the price this can be overlooked.
