Good hotel, while the hotel was great location with regards to convenience and train stations I would prefer a different neighborhood when traveling with family and kids. This area is the party center and didn’t feel kid friendly at times.

The two rooms we had were fine. They were small, but this is Tokyo so for the price I was happy. The location was excellent. You walk out the door and you are in the heart of Shinjuku. Wow !The breakfast was okay........more Asian orientated than European , but that's to be expected. The bathroom, and shower was good.

    Nothing really

Location is very convenient. We can walk from Shinjuku station underground and connect to hotel without going up to walk on the street. And hotel is same building of many shopping and restaurants. And it is right in Kabugisho area where you can find shopping and eatings.

    A little high price.

The location. Near train station. Food. Restaurants. Walking distance to Godzilla head. 3D cat. The views from the hotel.

    The cable TV. No Netflix.

The hotel was clean and well mantainance. The location is in city center with tons of nightlife and restaurants. The staffs were professional and helpful.

    The room was quite small.

Great central location by Shinjuku station, easily accessible from street. The double bed was comfortable. The pillows were too firm for me and I requested a soft pillow which was very comfortable.I liked the view of the train tracks, the city skyline and the pedestrian crossing from my window. I liked the oatmeal and yogurt and other options at the breakfast buffet ($25 if booked with the room) and the pasta dish I ordered one night at the Station Café & Bar.

Be aware that the Standard Double Room (15 sqm) is small, with limited space for luggage or clothes! I knew that when I made the booking, though. The size of the little stand-alone desk that could be moved around and that I used to put my notebook computer on, was adequate, but only just so.

The location was great. You can walk to Shinjuku shopping streets. The hotel has all necessary facilities and the room was comfortable & clean (despite the small room size which however is normal for Tokyo). The breakfast was wonderful. There was a public parking next to the hotel. In case you have a car, let the hotel staff knows and they will explain you the direction and how to get in & out and the payment procedure. The staffs were very nice & polite. We were happy with our stay :D

It would be nice to have more signs in the underground parking space for Hotel guests. We got lost in there for a while. We contact the hotel staff and they were very helpful. However, the parking space were huge so it took some time before we could find the spot.

An amazing hotel, although a bit expensive. We stayed for 5 nights and then another 2 nights after returning from Kyoto. The hotel is clean, the staff are helpful, and the location is great! They have an amazing Western breakfast - don’t miss it (coffee machine with latte, omelet, salad and more...)When we returned to Tokyo, I asked to stay on a higher floor with a city view (not facing the train), and the staff arranged it.You can leave your luggage at the hotel if you are traveling outside Tokyo and have booked with them again - free of charge. In the room you get everyday water , toothbrush + toothpaste. The bads were very comfortable ( I was with my son so we took twins bed).

The rooms are small. The water in the shower was warm but not hot - I think they had a problem with the water temperature and it would be nice to have hot shower especially in the winter time.Rooms facing the train are a bit noisy, but the trains stop working at midnight.

Location is very convenient, within walking distance to the train, subway and airport bus station. Check out time at 11am is great.

No self-service laundry is very inconvenient. Room is small for 2 adults but comfortable. With such a small space, it was a pleasant surprise to find space under the bed to hide suitcases which helps a lot in a small room.

    10DeanPosted on: 12-30-2025

Loved the location, near Shinjuku Train station (5-7min walk), a block away from many great restaurants and shops, very clean and great staff - professional, goes out of the way to help with whatever you need, suggestions for good food, shopping, places of interest.

The basics two person rooms are VERY small and you don’t have any space to keep your luggage except for under the bed. Also, if you want to unpack into drawers and closets there are none in the room. Pretty much living out of your suitcases.

The room had everything we needed and was modern and new.

Strict no refund policy. Although we made a mistake with our flight date, the hotel held strict their policy of nonrefundable dates. We asked and apologized, yet we received the email message, "Request denied." It was a cold response, however, and after some pushing during check-in, the check in employee offered us an early check in, so that we could store our luggage in the room for the few hours that we were able to spend at this location. That was nice and helped us out a lot!

Staff Was Excellent! The View from the room was exceptional! The Morning Breakfast was Delicious. The Hotel was in a Fantastic Location. We walked everywhere! So much to see and do in that area of Tokyo. We wished We could Thank All of the Staff More!

With So many choices to eat in the immediate area- perhaps a board right before exiting the lobby onto the street with a recommendation for the day of one or two restaurants and a QR code for walking directions?

This location is PERFECT. A reasonable walking distance to the train station and night life. This made it easy to get 'home' after a night out or come back for a mid-day nap.The room felt like a cruise ship cabin, but didn't bother us since we were out and about all the time. We didn't try the restaurant because there were so many good options out in the streets.I had left a hat in the room after check-out and was able to easily contact the property to help find it and get it back.

The view was drab. I forget if there were some nice-to-have amenities missing from the bathroom, which means it wasn't a big deal.

Excellent location, easy access to Kabuchiko and underground access to Shinjuku station. Turndown service was great, water bottles and nespresso capsules were topped up every day along with fresh towels and our trash taken out. Our room (super deluxe king) was spacious and had a great view of Godzilla. Staff were all very friendly and helpful—all those we dealt with spoke English (handy for those of us with very low Duolingo scores ?). They warned us—and apologized profusely—about some disruption due to renovation work happening on the floors above us but we experienced none of these disruptions during the entirety of our stay. Rooms are very well soundproofed, I even thought we had the floor to ourselves until we noticed other guests in the hallways and elevators.

Slight drawback was that the windows in our room weren’t double glazed so they were a bit chilly to sit next to while looking out over the city. We stayed in early December. However the thermostat was very easy to use and as long as the curtains were shut overnight, the room was warm and comfortable. Would not prevent us from staying again.

The room was very nice and the location was wonderful. Only one block from one of the best ramen places I have found in Japan. The in hotel breakfast was excellent, as was the truffle pizza.

The bed was very firm and the pillows were very flat and quick to compact.
