Pros +
- Location was great and close to a lot of stores
- I liked the service by the staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. I also liked that the rooms and facilities were modern and appeared to be in like-new condition, which made it very pleasant and comfortable to stay.
- Convenient location, easily accessible, only 8-10 min walk from Shinjuku station. Very clean hotel.
Cons -
- Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but our room on the 14th floor was uncomfortably hot and the AC wasn’t working properly
- I did not like the laundry machines at the hotel. After doing my laundry, my clothes smelled poorly like moldy water and wasn't fully dry after 2 drying cycles. I had to go to a laundromat to rewash my clothes to remove the smell, so I had to spend more.
- Heater turns off around 2-3am automatically and I had to call the front desk both nights to get it fixed. Not sure if they had to turn on the heat on their end but it was so cold I could see my breath.

The room was the most quiet space I have ever been in. Even though the area surrounding the hotel was busy and crowded, we did not hear any of the hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Rooms are clean and they have a wet shower/bathtub while was nice to soak in at the end of the day.
Smaller than expected. The 3 beds were just futons placed on a single flat platform and were inches away from each other so you really have to like your travel partners. Also very little space for the large suitcases we brought. That’s pretty normal for the area, though, so I understand.
Location is great - tucked away but still in the midst of the hub of Shinjuku! Quiet and clean establishment. Staff was super friendly and accommodating
Really great hotel. Very new, clean, large rooms for Tokyo and great showers.Breakfast was very good and they got washers and dryers. Very soundproof room, which was nice.A bit walk from the train/ metro but not too bad.Would stay again.
There is anything I didn’t like.
We stayed the first 4 nights and the last night. Same breakfast every morning - a change we have been nice.
The vicinity to crazy nights on weekends!
Vibrant
We were there for 4 nights and going back for the last night and asked if we could switch from one 3 bed room to three individual and they say they couldn’t make changes. Very disappointing.
The hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly.
The location is the only thing we didn't like about this stay - it's centered near the red light district of Tokyo, which had a very different feel to it compared to other areas we explored. Good if you're looking for the night life, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who aren't interested in that. Our day activities were focused on getting to different neighborhoods and we actually switched to the Hotel Amanek in Asakusa for the end of our stay.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.
Small rooms
The Staff were lovely - the view from the room was nice - the shower had good pressure, free coffee to takeaway in the mornings before 10am. You can store the suitcases under the bed to make more space. the location was good to explore.
Only 2 things.Couldn't connect the TV to sign in to any streaming services or mirror the screen from a device. so ended up with Japanese YouTube- which wasn't the end of the world but not expected. The room was very dusty, even after I showed them photos and they kindly cleaned it there was still dust stuck on the walls and when you opened the window more dust blew all over the place.
Front desk staffs are really helpful and friendly. The room is clean with sterilised cups and mugs provided as well. The toilet is clean and has a bathtub as well. There are water dispenser in the basement and coin operated washing machine in the basement as well.
The room is a bit tiny, we could only open 1 suitcase at a time but besides that it is cozy.
The hotel was modern and clean, free drink bottles were a bonus. One of the staff members was very helpful and printed our tickets out for us and physically walked us to a restaurant around the corner to help us find it.
Check in staff member was very difficult to communicate with. Bento box and calligraphy lessons that we were emailed about and really looking forward to, were not running due to New Year celebrations.
Excellent showers and bath. Good location.
Beds were very firm
Location very convenient Hotel room was clean Breakfast was good with sufficient variety.
This was our 2nd time stayed in this hotel. Except this time, we felt unwelcoming, lack of interaction and warm hospitality at front desk that I would expect from this stay.
It smelled really bad in the lobby and the customer service was mediocre at best. Additionally, they only clean every four day and you have to put your towels in front of your door to have the replaced.
Great location. Staff was helpful. The rooms were clean albeit a little bit small. But I’m a solo traveler so no problems with that. I loved that there was a bath which is so mice after a long day of walking. I’m glad they are eco-friendly and don’t come clean every day. Not necessary for my part. There was a laundry machine which is convenient to use with your key card.
Room on the smaller side but for me it wasn’t a problem.
Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds
Rooms were very small for two people with luggage
The room size was good enough or manageable for 2
Gave us keys to an occupied room instead of a new one. The location, it’s loud and more of a party atmosphere than a relaxing one.
We were allowed to check in very early after a long flight without additional charge
