    • Location. Room size.
    • location, cleanliness, spa/onsen onsite.
    • The hotel was conveniently located in a great area (Ginza) next to a lot of food and shopping options. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

    Cons -

    • We were not able to eat at the hotel restaurant as they were full. This was disappointing. They also charged extra for the onsen and didn't have a gym on site.
    • the layout of the bathroom was the worst I've ever stayed in (and I'm not a luxury traveller).
    • We did not like that you needed to have reservations for breakfast with at least one day in advance.

    Everything was new and clean!

Location was a bit of a walk from the train station

    3DirkPosted on: 10-7-2025

By far too noisy due to traffic around the hotel and bad sound insulation.

The drink dispenser in the lobby was a life saver. Also the luggage hold and delivery to room.

We travelled in July and it was very hot. Our room was not ready so we left our bags with the front desk. Although I was happy the luggage was delivered to our room, I was disappointed the staff didn’t think to turn on the air conditioning. When we arrived to our room for the first time, it was very hot and stuffy so much that we had to open the door to allow the hot air to go out. It took about 30 minutes before the room was comfortable. It was an unfortunate way to begin our stay at the hotel.

The staff tries to help as much as possible travelers, I ended up realizing that hotel service in the country is simply amazing and this hotel matches the expectation of the whole country. The location is quite centric with lots of restaurants and bars, right under 30 min to the Janet’s airport, rooms are clean and the service makes sure it stays like that.I would suggest this hotel for business trips only M-T, under those circumstances it is a great choice!

The club noise on the weekends, we had to go to ask to the front desk and it seems the club and hotel are owned by the same entity, the staff was able to get the club to minimize the noise (you could hear the thumping of music from the club on the street at night) , the noise was reduced but it was perceptible and annoying to sleep, prices should be heavily discounted on the weekends to balance the impossibility of quaility sleep the days the club operates (Friday and Saturday). Also the Japan Rail Road is nearby, it is imperative to book a room far from the front, booking.com doesn’t have a way to request this, we asked to be moved, because the noise of the train was noticeable, not as bad as the jumping of the club in the basement but noticeable, to the hotel credit they did move us the next day when a room became available. The size of the rooms, this is a Japan thing, to have 2 people sleep on a room of this hotel is not a practical experience, I would suggest to book this place only with the understanding that it will be complicated to have 2 people maneuvering in the room (getting ready in the morning) , added complication if you have a lot of luggage as there is no enough space to keep it. I believe the rooms where 24 sqm (258 sqf).

Bed is too firm; not enough organizer for bathroom toiletries

Breakfast was great, staff was incredible nice, and the location was perfectly centered for everything we wanted to do in Tokyo. 10/10!

Location, location, location! Literally you can walk anywhere, restaurants, shops, train stations (even Tokyo Station is not that far) and access to other locations in Tokyo is very convenient. New and clean. I liked the shower, not unit bath you often see in hotels in Japan. Their spa is one of the best I've seen at a hotel in Japan.

My room was very small, I think it would be too small for 2 people. I said liked the shower but there's not much space around the sink to place your toiletry bag and other things. No closet in the room, just hangers on the wall. Staffs are very nice and professional but lobby is kinda small and there's no storage space for guest luggage so front desk space looks chaotic.

Location is fantastic and access to the spa and sauna was great.

There’s no vanity counter in the bathroom so my personal toiletries had to be kept outside. There’s also no wardrobe - just a rod with a couple of hangers.

    Great location!

New hotel. Great location. Many restaurants right outside and a short walk to the main shopping area

The location is absolutely fantastic and this is our second time staying in this hotel for both me and my wife. The location is essential to easy movement across Tokyo. The staff is absolutely wonderful, my only negative comment would be that the bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The rest is beautiful

    The bed and pillows.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were new and quite clean. We had 3 of us in a quad room and it was plenty big enough. It is in a fantastic location, walking distance to most of the good sites and near the train. The upstairs happy hour was a nice addition, as was the spa!

The pillow wasn’t the best. But honestly that’s the only thing I can complain about!

    7AlinePosted on: 10-28-2025

    Location was great! Great service.

Small room with view of the exhaust. Sleeping on a queen size bed against the wall was difficult.

    7RonnyPosted on: 10-22-2025

    Nice Onsen facility

There Is smell of sewer in the bathroom. No counter top in the bathroom to put your toiletries. Room is really small.

The transportation from Narita to hotel worked out great, and a real added bonus. Cards for dinner spots was great, and helpful.

happy hour was lackluster to say the least, almost better to not have.

It’s beautiful, comfortable, and clean. It’s in a fantastic location in between two subway stations (ginza and Shimbashi which are both stops on the ginza line). They were about a 6 minute walk to each one. There’s a line of restaurants, 7/11, etc literally right outside. There is a club at the bottom which I was worried about- literally never heard it. It wasn’t a bother at all. Check in was easy and they had umbrellas, toiletries, coffee/tea etc to take for free. Our room was amazing. Plenty of space. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom was amazing! The toilet was the BEST LOL. We already are talking about getting one back home in the US. The massage was discounted and fantastic. I went to the front desk and they immediately had an opening for me. One of the best massages I’ve had especially the foot massage was needed. I was going to try the onsen but didn’t feel comfortable being naked honestly. Breakfast was good. I loved it here and would stay again. I really was concerned about not being close enough to the action in ginza but was it literally in the middle of all the places we wanted to go in a less hectic beautiful, safe location!

The onsen workers weren’t super helpful in explaining what to do. I had never been to one nor did I know you had to be naked till I got in the dressing room to everyone undressed. My mistake for not understanding beforehand of course.Another toaster at breakfast and some different pastries would be my suggestion

Great location, tons of places to eat. 7-11 right downstairs. Close to 3 different train stations. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. Room was spacious for Tokyo, nightstands on either side of the bed are great.

Bed was very hard, not much shelf space in the bathroom.
