    Pros +

    • Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Room is small but that’s Japan. Do not recommend this room if you have more than one suitcase.
    • Fantastic location, super clean and great service
    • Cute place with amenities for everything. Small rooms, but laid out well. Kind staff.

    Cons -

    • No suprise but it was smaller than expected
    • The beds and pillows are really firm and hard. The room and toilet space are tiny (normal for Tokyo but it was to the point where we had to open luggage on top of the bed and my head and knees could touch the front wall of the bathroom)
    • The rooms were small.

The location is perfect, especially if it's your first time in Tokyo! It's near a major train station and you're really close to the major areas like Ginza, Shinjuku and Shibuya.

I heard a lot about Akasaka area, decided to stay and to explore. Rooms are small (at least ours was small), but it was ok. Location is nice because everything you need is nearby. I'm a photographer so I walk a lot, and this area is a nice starting point when every day you just go to a different direction (this is how we explore Tokyo). Anyway, if you happen to be here go and check Apollon's coffee shop, it's very nice.

The location was great and staff was very friendly.

    The rooms were small.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. Hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations. The room was clean and queen size bed was comfortable. I liked how there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were always pleasant and helpful!

The room was really clean and nice! The bathroom is great too, wonderful big shower and bath. Also the lobby is cute. They had a make your own spray oil scent booth one of the nights and that was really cool. The breakfast downstairs is also really yummy, good start to each day!

My only complaint is that the room was pretty small. We made it work, but for two people, managing our luggage was a bit tricky.

    10NicPosted on: 11-7-2025

Amazingly kind staff, great location close to two different train stations, loved being in Akasaka.

Would be nice if the bed had space underneath for storage, but very minor complaint.

Location was close to transportation and restaurants and less crowded than other parts of Tokyo. Thank you very much Uehara San for helping us with the bus reservation. The young lady guiding the morning tour was wonderful as well.

The room was a bit small, but functional.

    10JoannaPosted on: 10-17-2025

Very clean, well equipped, very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location, quiet at night, close to tow metro stations, plenty cafes and restaurants around.

    10MarthaPosted on: 10-12-2025

The location, the stage, the coffee, the restaurant recommendations on the wall, breakfast restaurant attached to hotel.

    9MeredithPosted on: 10-7-2025

    Great location and clean

Rooms were a bit small. Hard to get settled with all the luggage

    10EthanPosted on: 9-30-2025

The property was located close to akasaka mitsuke station. As a first time traveller to Japan I lucked out in booking this hotel in this location as akasaka mitsuke station is ideal for commuting via metro around the city and is a great transit hub close to Tokyo station, Shibuya and Shinjuku to name a few. The hotel itself was extremely clean and comfortable. A great cafe is also connected to the hotel with other cafes / restaurants near by.

If I had a con it would be the size of the room but obviously that is to be expected in Tokyo. For two people it was a smidge difficult to find an area to put our suitcases.

    10HelenPosted on: 9-9-2025

Although the room is tiny but very clean, modern and so close to everything. Quite a walk from the train station but everything is accessible. Cozy cafe which I like a lot.

No iron in the room but you can borrow.

Very well situated, rooms are cleaned every day. Free coffee us very nice. Staff is wonderful.

    10EricPosted on: 7-14-2025

Friendly staff and nice hotel overall. Breakfast at adjacent cafe was very nice.

    8RonPosted on: 7-13-2025

Amazing location, awesome staff and nice free walking tour provided.

    The room was really small

    10HaroldPosted on: 7-6-2025

    Design and modern amenities

Could be just a little bit bigger. Hard to manage 2 large suitcases without having to shuffle them around the room to make space to sit.
