Noisy with cars passing by. I was on 3rd floor

Double room: comfy bed; quality pajamas; in-room toilet; east-west fusion shower/bath; sink; free toothbrushes, water and towels refreshed every day and you can choose whether you want your room cleaned each day or after 5 days; nice hot chocolate/latte maker in the lobby with tea and decent pastries every morning; in-room fridge; light dimmer controls on bed; 2 sets of blinds to help with street noise and light.

Things that can't be helped like street noise, but hotel offers earplugs and my own wax plugs plus the blinds were enough to block out a lot of it.

Location was great, cleaning staff was great.

Rooms are deceivingly small, picture for deluxe room was incorrect.

Good location

Horrible experience with the laundry machines. The staff took out our sopping wet clothes from the machine because someone else wanted to use it. The machines don’t dry. It was beyond rude of them to take out our clothes and not even tell us. I refund on the machine usage too.

Very nice locations and staff was friendly.

The rooms are comfortable but tiny, they are really only for sleeping!

The main issue was price as I booked through Booking.com and paid about $670 for 4 nights. When I checked in and saw an online ad for $89 per night I was very disappointed, mainly in Booking.com but also the hotel for using its service. The room was very basic. No phone in the room in case of emergency - I am a senior citizen, woman, traveling alone, so no immediate communication with the front desk was a disadvantage. Also, after I paid for late checkout, my room key did not work and I had to take the elevator down 3 times to the front desk for help. A phone would have been helpful. On the third try the reception staff was nice enough to go with me to ensure the room key worked.

Very small room for 2 people. There was no space to put my luggage. I had to put luggage on side of bed. Never stayed in a room this smallVery minimum continental breakfast

Great location. Breakfast daily in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All of the accommodations were comfortable and clean.

The bathroom smelt terrible and very damp as if there was no airflow. In particular the shower curtain smelt gross and had a strong unpleasant smell as if it had never been changed. They showed us different rooms and they were all the same. They offered washed the curtain which made it slightly better but also was concerned as to why if would not be properly cleaned after each guest use. Staff did not take it very seriously and smerked in our face. Since I can speak both English and Japanese it was obvious they were not being understanding and instead talking unprofessionally amongst the staff and their faces changed when they realised I could understand their whole conversation. For that price there are better places that are more clean. Smell is a huge thing and something you cannot avoid so this hotel was a sad experience.

This hotel is clean and modern, rooms are small but it is to be expected in Tokyo and this hotel is great for the price. It is about a 5 min walk from the subway station. They have free pastries and coffee every morning in the lobby which is a really nice touch! Also the complimentary pajamas were so comfortable i wished i could take them home.

The room is barely big enough to have one suitcase open on the floor and still have space to walk. Still for the price, modern interior and comfortable bed we didn’t mind the tight space.

Modern hotel near Tokyo station. Has everything you need. Included coffee and pastries were a nice touch.

Very small room. Was difficult to move around. But it was fine for one night.

nothing to do with the hotel but to get there from the train station was quite hard with luggage as lots of stairs to climb to get to hotel.

Very clean and friendly staff. We were able to store our luggage there after we checked out so we could explore Tokyo easily.

Everything apart from not providing breakfast as part of the package. The available breakfast was expensive. I would have preferred bed and breakfast

everything else was perfect. Nearness to the city centre and the Kobe shopping center was a big plus. It was also near the port area where I could walk and experience the breeze from the Pacific Ocean.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location, subway station was 5 minutes walk and Tokyo Station was 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Lots of convenience stores near by. Enjoyed the complimentary bread in the morning, muffins made from 100% Japanese wheat were the best I ever had. Staff were very kind.

Room was kind of small but this is normal for Tokyo. Washroom was extremely small, almost like an airplane washroom.
