    Pros +

    • Location was great. Easy walk into Ginza/Tsukiji and Shimbashi
    • The location was ideal being it was in the middle of the shopping fit
    • Great location. In the middle of everything in Ginza. Very close to subway station. The shower was very good with great water pressure. The projector of TV in the rooms were AMAZING! My daughter loved it. The suite we stayed in the last night was amazing with a lot of room, incredible bathroom and living space, but I would never return to the regular double room. Too small for 2 people staying 10 days….

    Cons -

    • 1 - the double standard room we booked was very very small. Barely any space for clothes and for the luggage. 2 - to few pillows and the additional pillows they have in the closed were horrible! 3 - breakfast too early. I did not have breakfast at the hotel any day. 4 - towels were very small!
    • The laundry drying portion takes a while.. had to spilt up my very small load into separate machines to get it almost dry
    • 1 - the double room was very small. There was barely space to put our luggage and very limited space to put our clothes. 2 - not enough towels in the rooms3 - the pillows can definitely have better quality and more pillows per bed.

Loved how close it was to food and shopping! Very convenient

It was very close to food and shopping and train. The room was awesome and very comfortable.

The projector on the rooms is very nice and the shower was really good. On the last day we stayed on a suite and the room was AMAZING! Big, spaceous. On the other nights we stayed in a standard double room and found it too small.

The Location was great. The cleanliness of the rooms and the modern amenities are also worth noting.

The staff could have been more proactive in recommending dinner venues. Quick to pass us off to a brochure.

Great location, decent hotel. Near Tokyo Train Station and Ginza. Access to subways is great. Food everywhere.

Note: there are three hotels with this name. You must be very specific with which one you want. Yes, we ended up at all three. ?

Really loved the modern feel of the property. The rooms were spacious and nicely set up. The big bonus that we enjoyed were the bluetooth speakers in the room and the shower. Made a huge difference in the stay and was a unique feature. Also the projector and the view of the trains passing by made our stay feel like a true Japanese movie.

amazing location - best part of Ginza and Tokyo.

a small but very clean room. typical size for tokyo location.

Employees are friendly though one non-national was not rude but did not have the same service mindset

Breakfast meal being pre-made and reheated

    Location

Staff were not friendly. Hotel lobby always had loud music after dinner till past midnight. Couldn’t have a drink in the evening in peace.

    8CarlaPosted on: 12-30-2025

Close to train stations and Ginza central! Also attached to a bar alongside a room with an amazing pull down projector screen.

    10shayPosted on: 12-29-2025

The staff is professional and helpful. The rooms are bigger than many. The location is the best, though - close to train stations, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is quiet, but the bar features a DJ and great cocktail options. I stayed here during my last three visits to Japan, and I'll definitely be back in 2026.

I don't have negative comments to share. I haven't experienced issues to date. This is rare, but true.

    Location and staff

Noise isolation is not really that good , U can hear the trains move along which wasnt a big issue for me , but i guess it would be bothersome for some people "i got the room facing the tracks"

Lovely hotel in the middle of a restaurant corridor. Ate a few times in some of the restaurants. 7/11 is right down the street. Close to Ginza shopping street. Had a wee station stocked with razors, cleansers, cloths, even face masks at reception. Check-in is self-service and quick and easy. We used the luggage transport system from hotel to Narita Airport (Yamato) which we organised online then dropped off at reception - easy peasy. Rooms were large for Tokyo. Washing Machine/Dryer combo which is coin-operated. They offer a free welcome drink on arrival.

Comfy & cozy & stylist & well equipped hotel/room They clean the room everyday that not normal in Japan now :DThe location is good, not far from subway and center of Ginza shopping street.

a bit small space for big luggage we need to pass by a bar at lobby everyday - maybe uncomfortable for lady who travel alone.

That's my seventh stay at the hotel. Its location is very good, and the room and the staff are immaculate. I will always come back if I am in Tokyo.

    2SabrinaPosted on: 12-8-2025

    Convenient location

The tiny space and the bed frames make it even worse

    7SaraPosted on: 12-3-2025

The room by Tokyo standards was spacious and there was excellent water pressure. It was clean, and having the projector was great. This is a decent option if you are interested in attractions on the east side of Tokyo (Disney, TeamLabs). It isn’t the closest option to the station but it’s less than 10 min walk.

The bed was very hard. For the price point, I was expecting a bit more from the room and facilities. The photos (like many hotels in Japan) made it seem sparkling and luxe and for the price range that might be your expectation, but it was a bit more run down in person. Ginza shopping is quite expensive, but if that’s what you’re interested in this is a good location for it.
