The food and overall ambiance of the hotel.

The beds were way too hard.

Nice room, excellent location, great transportation options. Great to have the convenience store, bakery and Disney store on site. All the employees were super friendly and helpful.

I Would have liked other dining options other than the buffet.

getting to and from the disney locations, free shuttle buses to and from the hotel and disney. the rooms are set up for families (4 beds to some of the rooms, etc). property is very clean, staff is friendly

there was very little bilingual staff and made communication very challenging. the restaurant is very limited in its offering.

Location proximity to Disney parks.

Transportation to the hotel was a challenge due to arrival after 8 PM. Normal bus transportation during business hours was very efficient and inexpensive. I was also surprised at the limited English speakers available.

This hotel is in a good location for Disney.

There was one morning early in our stay that asked to look at the breakfast buffet. The manager said ok but he had one of his staff follow me around which was very insulting and everyone in the area could see this! i felt like being treated as a common

Good value hotel very convenient to Disneyland and Disneysea. Could see the fireworks every night from our bedroom window! Great buffet breakfast.

Stayed at the Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel primarily for quick access to Tokyo Disney Resort. Their shuttle service made this really easy. The staff were great and spoke good english. We liked this hotel as was not as big as some of the other hotels but still had a lot of amenities and the big atrium gave it a sense of space. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best we had on our trip with plenty of both japanese and western choices. We also liked the onsite onsen which was incredibly relaxing and needed after a long day at Disney! Rooms werent too cramped also.

Beds were a little hard.

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay here. It’s even better in person. Very clean, spacious rooms and nice staff. We enjoyed the little stores on site.

Food options were a little too pricey for what you get.

Location was excellent for Disney land. The hotel had a shuttle service every 20mintues during park opening hours 9am-9pm to Mahaima station, which then links to disneyland via a overhead bridge. Although I initially wanted to stay within the park, on hindsight it was conveninent to stay at this hotel - where the shuttle drops u off, there is a mall. easy to find food for the kids and to hang around for some warmth away from the cold winds in Dec. On Christmas day, they had fried chicken and other meal option for takeout to the room. We were hungry after coming back from disneyland and we ordered some food of a simple menu offering - avail till 10.30pm which is a luxury in Japan, where we rarely saw room service options.

Nothing we didnt like - staff were friendly and helpful with the shuttle directions. Breakfast spread was good. Clean hotel, larger than usual rooms for a family of 4 pax. They served hot cocoa on Christmas morning to cheer the kids.

Location was great and staff were top notch. Specially the welcome on arrival.

Very friendly easy to get to from airport nice service

The hearth floor room was fantastic value for us, a family of four. We enjoyed the free access to the 2nd floor lounge and public baths. Drinks/snacks, and the semi-buffet breakfast in the lounge were delightful. We also liked the hotel location as it was an easy 10 minutes' walk to Disneyland, and 7 minutes' walk to the Bayfront monorail station (although there are also free shuttle buses every 10-15 minutes). The public baths were also very welcome after visiting Disneyland, as we did not need to queue to shower/bathe in the in-room bathroom.

Proximity to Disney, size of the room, cleanliness

The property is nice and clean. And so close to all Disney parks. It is very convenient. And love the fact that there’s a complimentary shuttle bus to Disney monorail.
