Helpful staff, spacious rooms with nice Japanese shower and bath.

The hotel is brand new, facilities are modern and well equipped, located in the bay area, with view to the ocean. Breakfast is great, with many ocidental and oriental options.

It is not far but also not next door to a train/ metro station. You can take the bus or walk ~ 10’ to the station.

Heat in the room was a bit much for 22 degrees Celsius and tv would not cast from WiFi other than that 10/10

I recently stayed in the Executive Corner Twin Room, and it was honestly great. The room was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with two comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning and soundproof walls made the stay especially peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a long day of walking 20000+ steps.The bathroom was a great. It included both a bathtub and a shower, along with a bidet, quality toiletries, soft towels, slippers, and a hairdryer. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained.The in-room amenities were equally impressive. The flat-screen TV, minibar, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker made it easy to settle in. I also appreciated the small touches like the air purifier and the convenient sockets near the bed for charging our phones. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the free drinks in the minibar and water bottle refills everyday were a plus! (the minibar did not refill everyday, just want to point that out)The room also offered a lovely city view, and I liked that the upper floors were easily accessible by elevator. The heating worked well, and the overall atmosphere was cozy yet stylish.The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing, one of the highlights of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh options, from hot dishes to pastries and fruits. Everything was well-prepared and continually replenished, making it a great way to start the day.The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcome.The location of the hotel is also great. It’s conveniently close to key attractions, restaurants, cafés, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Close to a bus station and 10 min walk to the train station. Overall, this hotel provided an excellent blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful details. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with premium amenities.

Not sure if this is my phone or the WiFi, but the WiFi did not want to auto connect to my phone, so i had to manually connect every time we came back.

A peaceful place with parks and a promenade by the bay or the water.

Small rooms, no restaurants around after 20:00.

Loved the nice clean room and facilities! Still looks brand new. The breakfast buffet was great. Liked that you could monitor laundry machine usage from TV in room. Liked the amenities offered at front desk and the 7-11 next door.

Bed was a tad bit hard for me and hotel location wasn’t as convenient to train stations. There’s bus stations nearby though but doesn’t run as frequently and as on time as trains.

Beautiful hotel with a great value breakfast.

Not much to say on what I didn’t like. It’s a bit far from many of the things you’d be doing in Tokyo.

The location - the bus stop is just in 1 min walking, 7/11 in 1 min walking and the metro stop is just 10 min walking. The cleaning services were very good - the room was thoroughly cleanedBreakfast - so far the best breakfast we had in Japan.

Very spacious and modern. We stayed here our last 2 nights in Tokyo and preferred to be closer to the airport. This hotel is on the island side which meant the metro to other parts of Tokyo is a longer commute. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Lobby and rooms are clean and organized. There is a small cafe in lobby serving coffee, pastries, light bites, and beer. A 7-11 is right next door and an office complex with restaurants across the street.

The commute to other areas of Tokyo are farther when staying on the island side.

I liked the room and the breakfast.

With check-in they told us that breakfast was until 10. I had prepaid breakfast for two days. When I came in at 9.15 for breakfast they told me they were closing in 10 min. The day after we were thereafter 9 and 10 min later they told us they were almost closing. I told them that if the reception staff said it was until 10 people will get confused (as so many people come in late) and they will have to change this if they don’t want people to get upset. It is very far away from everything g and the area is a bit cold and industrial.

Good location - not too far from Ginza. Rooms were clean as well. Although storage space was small, it was appreciated.

Room layout felt a bit squishy and small.

Staying at the Premier was a treat for our last night in Japan and the hotel was very disappointing. Reception check-in was the worse service I experienced in Japan. A simple question about leaving luggage prior to check-in time became a confrontation because the staff member refused to overcome the language barrier by using translate or even pointing. Furthermore, the blinds in the room are not block out, so fully awake with the 5am Tokyo sunrise plus the most utterly stupid shower/bath design, with nowhere to put dry towel/fresh clothes. No Japanese food options at breakfast. Regret spending the extra money to stay here.

This hotel is even nicer than the photographs suggest. The area around the hotel is brand new with beautiful planting and landscaping. The area is calm but it is a short hop over a pedestrian bridge to Kachidoki Station. The breakfast offered exceptional choice in a relaxed dining room. There were no queues for tables or food. The coffee was great! The interconnecting rooms were spacious and comfortable, very well laid out with separate toilet and shower rooms.

The hotel provided a truly comfortable and restful experience. The staff were incredibly lovely and always happy to assist with any request. Everything about the stay, from booking to checkout, was clear and easy to navigate. The amenities were well-maintained and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Very clean room and facilities. Good sized rooms with separate shower and toilet. The rooms are so well sound proofed I could not hear any other guests at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were so happy with our stay. The hotel is close to 7-11 and Lawson, and some nice cafe/restaurant with traditional Japanese food. Kochidoki train station is only a 10 minute walk - easy access to all of Tokyo. Bus stop right out front of hotel but we didn’t use. Walk straight down the main road for 25 minutes to get to Tsukiji market and Ginza, then walk 10-15 minutes further to get to Uniqlo flagship store. Also only 20 minute walk to TeamLab Planets (well worth a visit!) and Toyosu Market. A very nice area and a little more quiet than the central tourist spots.
