    Pros +

    • Excellent location, good value, ample space by Japanese standards, nice bathroom.
    • Great location. Well designed room. Pleasant staff.
    • Fun, funky, clean, and friendly hotel right in Ginza.

    Cons -

    • Liked everything.
    • Public areas are not welcoming, bar always seemed to be closed. They should provide towels in the public bath.
    • The carpets were beautiful but stained. There were spots in the lobby, in the hall near the elevators on my floor, and in our room. I would expect a hotel at this price-point to make every effort to have the carpeting free of large stains. Street noise was an issue (my room faced the Marriott Hotel), even on the 11th floor. I use a sound machine when I sleep. Those who don’t use a sound machine and are light sleepers might want a room on the back side of the building. The hotel charges 500 yen for a small cup of coffee from a machine in the lobby.

Breakfast is good, lots of variety, but a bit institutional - poular with large groups. Location is excellent for Ginza, different metros, fish market. Rooms are not generous but were OK for two people with some luggage.

Public areas are not welcoming, bar always seemed to be closed. They should provide towels in the public bath.

Great location. Bed's super comfortable. Netflix etc available on TV. Concierge assisted with having luggage shipped to next hotel. Easy self-checkout available.

Great location…a 3 to 5 minute walk to Higashi Ginza metro station. Multiple combini nearby, and food/shopping options are endless and just a short walk from the hotel. Beautiful decor and design. Restaurant on the first floor. Large lobby with ample seating and restrooms. Bathrooms in the King suites are equipped with a shower and tub. Beds are very comfortable. The staff at the front desk and those maintaining the rooms is exceptional. Laundry facilities are plentiful.

Being a new hotel, it was easier to settle in because everything was clean and the facilities still felt fresh. What I liked the most about it though was how much bigger and airier the rooms felt, making the stay that much more comfortable. Unlike other hotels offering smaller rooms (and more weathered down) for the same if not higher price, I’d choose the Royal Park Hotel Ginza 6 in a heartbeat.

    Nothing significant to share.

We enjoyed the breakfast with many different selections and the food was good. The selections included eggs, rice, noodles, salad, cereal, fruit, and other options

The location for this hotel was excellent and close to a lot of train lines for easy transportation. The rooms felt both big enough to hold our stuff and cozy. Overall I loved the look of the hotel, it wasn't too loud, and they had a decent amount of toiletries if you needed them.

I don't know that I have anything that I didn't actually like but also can't comment on the quality of the food, hotel bar, etc. We really just used this hotel room to sleep in.

Good location near main shopping street. Helpful and kind staff. Very clean rooms.

The air conditioning cooling is almost useless. I couldn’t open the window in my room as an alternative option

    7HanaPosted on: 1-15-2026

The room was VERY spacious compared to other Japanese hotels we stayed at and was very nicely decorated. There was an onsen which was OKAY, but I really appreciated how empty it was, which encouraged me to visit often. The toiletries available at the onsen were very nice!! You can use products like hair serums etc. The staff left a very cute message congratulating us as newlyweds and that was a really nice way to be welcomed to our room ?. We enjoyed the location as it was quiet and very close to the flagship Uniqlo store.

The cost was quite high, and though it was a great stay, can’t really say I can justify the cost. For this cost we expected our room to have a bath tub but it didnt!

The hotel is centrally located in Ginza and just steps away from shops and restaurant

    Convenient, friendly staff

    We stayed in the room with 3 beds. Wished the vanity was in the bathroom so that the whole room wouldn’t light up in the early morning when I used the vanity;

Good value hotel in the heart of the city. Its quite peaceful while very convenient as the hotel is close to cvs, food, metro, shopping. I can reach everything by a short walk from hotel.

    5JalalPosted on: 12-26-2025

Location was decent, on a main road, so it was relatively easy to catch a taxi. There were two convenience stores at a 1-2 minute walk. So that wasn’t bad!

the rooms are tiny! This is my fourth trip to Japan this year, and I have stayed in different hotels. For the cost, I would say it’s not worth it. Rooms are smaller than normal! There are many other hotels with larger rooms and even better locations for lesser $$

    10KathleenPosted on: 12-26-2025

Close to station, and main shopping area of Ginza. Public bath was also great

Wish there were more washing machines available

    7EkaterinaPosted on: 12-22-2025

Pros: very good location (right in the center of Ginza), metro nearby, rooms were clean, toiletries like toothbrushes were changed everyday, staff would bring needed items upon request (such as water).

Cons: 1.If you want to check in earlier, or check out even a bit later, everything is charged. We came 50 min before our check in time and they charged us 2000yen because we wanted to access the room 50 min earlier. This is quite outrageous. Whenever I arrive early at any hotel, if the room is free and ready, they always allow earlier check in. Also all hotels I stayed at allow later check out for at least an hour for free if the room isn’t urgently needed, but again here they charge 2000 yen for every hour, without any leniency! 2.The BIGGEST CON was that there was no concierge or any person who would help with the luggage. No one is standing at the entrance of the hotel to help take the luggage inside to the lobby and also when you check out, there are no trolleys or any staff that helps you take your luggage from the room to the lobby and lobby to the exit. We were two females and had 3 massive suitcases and 3 massive bags, and we had to carry everything part by part ourselves, while all the male staff were just watching. This was very outrageous since every hotel I stayed at always have designated staff who help with luggage, or at least some trollies to take the luggage around!!! This was the biggest con for us, being the lack of staff for important elements like this. In my opinion this is a very big aspect they MUST improve on. 3.Also no gym! I’ve never seen a 4 star hotel with no gym. This was quite surprising.

The hotel just celebrated its one year anniversary so all the facilities are in great condition. It's close to metro, major shopping district and convenient stores.

Most of the staff wore a poker face, especially the breakfast receptionist (non- Japanese girl). The breakfast choices were limited. The public bath is too small and doesn't have sufficient instructions for bath etiquette. Many tourists didn't follow the proper etiquette.

    8TouchtichaPosted on: 12-18-2025

New and clean. The location is very good, it’s opposite where we need to get into the airport bus.

The room is quite small for big luggages

    9BernicePosted on: 12-11-2025

We loved the location near the Ginza and Tsukiji market. There was a washer/dryer on our floor which was very convenient. We loved the coffee selection in the room.

The onsen water needs to be improved.
