Staff is amazing and the washing machine worked well

The pillows were uncomfortable the bedside table was finniki with the socket almost falling out, the light at the table was flickering all the time even by putting a napkin on it, the bathroom kept making weird noises while i showered like the sink wasnt fully attached to the wall and it would start banging

Rooms are small.

For Japan hotel, the room can be considered spacious. My family of four was able to gather in a room to chit chat comfortably. The room is also well equipped with microwave oven, induction cooker, utensils, and washing machine. Hotel staff were all very friendly and approachable. The hotel allowed us to deposit our luggage prior to the stay as well as after we checkout.The location is excellent. Hotel is next to train station exit, and near convenience stalls (7-11, Don-Quijote), fast food restaurant (Wendy's) and shopping mall (Tokyu Store).

Facilities such as toilet and bathroom looked old, though perfectly usable.

Location near to train station, subways, eating and dining areas.

I was able to have access to an in-room washer/dryer, could choose cleaning days.Location was good; very close to the Gotanda station.

Bathtub was slow to drain water.

Location was fantastic, a few blocks from the JR line. Size and amenities for the area great for value (balcony/large room/kitchenette)

Easy to find. Very basic. Free coffee/tea in lobby. Free hygiene amenities. Bathtub in room. Easy self check in/ self check out.

Laundry in room is convenient but a little difficult to use if you don’t read Japanese plus the dryer function does not work very well, takes many hours. Room could be a little cleaner: I moved a bed side table to use the outlet behind and it was very dusty.

This hotel was conveniently located just a couple minutes walk from the Gotanda station so it was a great base to have in Tokyo! Property was nice and clean.

Got woken up from a possible fire alarm being investigated which I appreciated obviously but all the guests were just standing around outside confused and then the alarm just kept going off even after they said it was safe to return to our rooms.

Proximity to the hospital

Air conditioning and heater didn’t work right away. The humidifier looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Not a lot of noise insulation from the outside

The room was as expected, it was small but very clean. Location was very convenient and close to the Gotanda train station. Overall I was quite satisfied.

The location was perfect—a few minutes away from Gotanda station. It was also quite convenient to access 7-Eleven and Don Quijote around the corner.

Breakfast facilities were closed. An alternative offering is next door, but it opens at 8 a.m., which doesn't work for early schedules.

Washer/dryer and microwave are the essential amenities.

The room needs upgrade especially the toilet.

The location is good, just 5 minutes away from Gotanda JR station. Have a 7-11 right next door and Don Quijote is around the corner. The room is a normal size not big but good for one person. The plus is the washer machine is in the stay room that you don't have to go to another floor for doing laundry.

My room is right by the elevator, it is kind of disturbing when people coming in and out at night. Hotel didn't -provided bottles of water, so I have to buy at 7-11 everyday.

Very convenient location, close to conviny, Donki, few mins walk from the station and many restaurants choices.

We felt the room didn’t have enough air. We tried to opened the window but you smell strong yakiniku so we couldn’t open at all. If you don’t turn on the AC the room was too hot but AC was right above so it hits you in the face all night. Also maybe because the room was small the air were stiff. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again.

For it being in tokyo the room was very not as small plenty of space for 2 people. Super clean and comfortable ! The location is not far from major attractions via train station.

While I did like the neighbor hood and area it can be a little suspicious late at night but nothing too bad!

The location is near the station. The staff is kind and polite and they can speak English too, the room is clean and the bathroom is spacious. I like it the most that they have a washing machine in the room it's so convenient. The staff always greet you with a smile. Thank you! If I have time to go again in Tokyo, I will stay in this hotel.

The staff is professional and do their work well.The room was as it appears. It was nice and clean. As some reviewers have mentioned, there is a bit of wear and tear because it seems to have been a while since the last renovation. But everything was clean, so the wear and tear didn't bother me. Having a laundry machine, electric kettle, microwave, etc. in the room was convenient.The location is convenient. Gotanda is reasonably bustling, has some nice places to eat, and is a short subway ride away to more popular tourist destinations.

The coffee machine for guest use in the lobby was out of order for two days and of my 5 day stay.. Breakdowns do happen but I mention it because it may be a recurring issue. Anyhow, this was a very minor issue.
