Friendly staff, good location, transportation available near by, many restaurants, walking distance from Tokyo Tower, 3 stops to Tokyo station

The hotel needs an upgrade, very slow elevator

Location near 2 train stations, adequate room size, tall bathtub for soaking, amenities (shampoo conditioner face cleanser etc)

There were small black flies in the bathroom when we arrived. I killed all I saw on the first day but they reappear everyday next several days even though we kept the window closed at all times and door was also closed except when going out and into room.

The property was very close to the station. Near Oedo, JR and Keihin-Tohoku lines. They have designated smoking area. Tokyo Tower is walkable.

No DIY laundry station.

Location is excellent. Female staff are very helpful. Cleaning ladies are hard working.

There’s a really bad smell lingering in my room. It’s the smell of cigarettes, even though it is a non smoking room. I complained it to the staff, they promised they would look into it. They probably did nothing, but the staff left the window open to ventilate, which helped. But I did notice that there are many non smoking rooms on other floors that have the same bad smell when I walked around in noon, when many of the guests checked out and cleaning ladies left the doors wide open.

Staff were helpful and polite.Water was hot.

The bed was tough. Mattress and pillows were too firm for me and wifey, we couldn't sleep. Soundproofing. Noise and echo from the lobby easily gets through the bedroom door.

We had the large "western" style room located on the first floor and it was extremely spacious and extremely clean. It was 2 twin size beds that were very comfortable and the bathroom has a large tub that you could easily sit inside and soak if you wanted to after a long day of sight-seeing. Location was perfect right next to a two different FamilyMarts, a short walk from Lawsons and 7-Elven. Close to the Yamato line too.

There wasn't much that I didn't like, so it's hard to add something here. My wife eventually found the bed not as comfortable as some of the previous hotels we've stayed at in Japan, but that's really the only complaint that I heard, otherwise, she also loved the room size, location, staff, etc.

I definitely like the location ( near train stations and Family mart and 711) and the free coffee at the lobby. I like the friendliness of the staff.

The rooms are just too small. The website pics of the rooms look bigger.

It is very close to Daimon Station with elevator access for stroller and wheelchairs. Room we booked is spacious enough for Tokyo standard. Daily cleaning as requested and toiletries at the lobby.

The coffee machine was out of service during our stay but not a deal breaker. Maybe also a bit awkward is the layout of the building where it is open at the center and the cement railing might be too low for comfort - also not a deal breaker and can be ignored. Sometimes, it might be too hot or cold because of the centralized heating/cooling system despite the room controls. Good thing, we can open a portion of the window for airflow. Otherwise, we had a good stay during a colder autumn in Tokyo.

Great location, there is a station near by and a family mart (for all those midnight snacks before bed!) This area is quiter, safe, and has a lot of great food options. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but for the price, i cant be too mad. They also provide umbrellas for guests! Saved us from getting soaked on our first day!

Location was very convenient to subway stops and had great places to eat nearby. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable, though small. Overall exactly as advertised and we had a good stay.

Unwelcome

Rude counter staff. Was given two bottles(1 bottle per room) of water for 2 rooms for the entire 3 night stay. When I asked for more the next day, I was told rudely (by the supervisor on duty) that I could not get any more.

A small room but a great location and really kind staff.

Room smelled a little like smoke and it was small but definitely worth the price.
