Hotel Monterey Hanzomon

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to many convenient stores and metro station

The hotel is very close to several Hanzomon station exits, Family Mart and 7-11 stores.The staff are friendly and helpful. We did not include the breakfast option due to the cost.The room was comfortable and had all of the required requisites.

The room temperature was difficult to control - I set it to 20 degrees but I think the heating was automatically controlled. It is not the hotel's fault but there are limited restaurants in the Hanzomon neighbourhood.

The hotel was in a great spot, right next to the Hanzomon station which was so helpful for travel. The hotel room itself was a good size and comfortable. We also really loved the beds and the pillow with, what we think was rice, in it!

Laundry can be not available because of people not picking up their clothes on time yet front desk won’t do anything.

4 beds cramped in a very small space, the bathroom didn't have a working vent and the shower sprays water outside the tub

Location was decent

I booked a room for 3 adults and the room was too small for 3 adults. They inserted a bed in a room for 2 beds. If I knew it I would not book it.

Location. It was in a quiet area but close to the metro and a quick ride to many locations. Breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The laundry room dryer didn't work well. Rooms are small but on par, to maybe even slightly larger, for Japan norms.

The location of the hotel was near to Hanzomon subway station with elevator exit. It is only 4 stops away from Shibuya station. room size is also rather spacious for our family of 4 by most Japanese standard.

The lights in the room were dim especially in winter it feels sad and gloomy. If there were more lights inside the room would be even better!

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were friendly. Conveniently located by Hanzomon line. Very short distance to imperial palace running path.

Right next to metro entrance and just a couple of blocks from the imperial palace! Quieter area otherwise. Space was clean and comfortable and fairly spacious for a Tokyo hotel!

Everything was nice. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, polite staff. Opposite side of the subway station.

The coffee could be better. It was too much roasted.

The breakfast is a must. Delicious and with a big variety of foods. The rooms are quite decent size compared to other Tokyo hotels. Very quiet and calm. Will definitely come back here.

Location, cleanness, laundry on site

The lobby was very crowded on many occasions.

Subject property is a well-appointed hotel for the discerning travelers with a well-trained and dedicated front desk, housekeeping, and food service staff members, ample supply of bathroom toiletries, towels, and water, comfortable beds, and efficient and prompt elevator service. The property is conveniently across from the Hanzomon metro station.

It’s right across the train station very convenient. Very quiet and clean. Has welcoming tea and other amenities at night like face mask, bath salt and others

One of the front desk staff made me feel like I am bothering him whenever I had a question for him. All other staff were wonderful!

Hotel Monterey Hanzomon very clean , close to metro station and a very quiet neighborhood. If I come again I will definitely stay here again.
