The staff and location.

The room space was limited.

The property was very clean and worth the price that I paid. The location was great and the staff was super nice! I would definitely stay here again :)

The rooms were cramped. It seemed like the room was designed for a normal single person business room, but the owners decided to rip out the small desk that is in one of these rooms and place another bed. This room is barely able to support two people. Let alone there stuff.

All necessities were available at the hotel, the staff was very helpful

The room was pretty small for our family, we stayed one night so it was ok, but staying longer might have been uncomfortable

Room was clean. Bathroom is comfortable and has a curtain. WIFI worked fine. Room cleaning is done ones every 3 days, but fresh towels are provided daily. Free tea/coffee is available next to the front desk. Good selection of amenities.

Room doesn't have a big enough counter/table to put things on top of. Would be nice to have a bigger table between beds.

The location is perfect for sightseeing across tokyo. The room size is decent and staff is very helpful. I don't have any complaints from my four nights stay. All kinds of shops, restaurants, convenience stores are very close to the hotel.

Location is convenient for shopping and commuting to other areas. It is surrounded by various restaurants with affordable prices.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They helped us order a taxi to the airport. The free amenities were just right and the cleaning service was exceptional

The curtains only open one way so one person is getting all of the light while the other doesn't.

The room was very comfortable and the staff very kind. Metro stations are 5-10 mins from the hotel and only a ferw stops from the center.

Small room

The hotel is situated in a convenient area, 5 min from Jimbocho station. The room was well partitioned to fit a large suitcase and the bathroom was bigger than in other similar hotels. I found it useful that there was a thermometer with a humidity meter in the room. The furnishings and amenities were ample enough for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom fan was noisy and it could not be turned off.

Small but gets what you need. Nice and quite location there are some options for train stations.When you enter you'll find out the reciept desk is on a floor bellow but reviews made it sounds like theres no elevator to get there which worried me about my luggeges but just know that there is and elevator.The stuff were really sweat and attentive and even helped me figure out how the remote works for the TV. They were also patient with me and my requests to deliver my heavy luggeges.The sanitary pads in the main bathroom is very thoughtful and a big plus.

Perfect location, very clean and has all small amenities you can think about for free. You can even take an umbrella for a rainy day!

Stay at the hotel was a pleasure. Room was quite small but had everything that needed including the adapter (mine was broken so I was very surprised and happy I didn’t have to buy a new one). Also hotel suggested free tea, coffee, shampoos and other facilities at the first floor. Room was also quiet with a comfortable bed.
