Friendly and helpful staff, free amenities, close proximity to subway

The bed was too firm and the room was too small for 2 people.

The location was great - very close to the Suihirocho station (5 min walk) and also quite close to Akihabara station. Lots of eateries nearby and very close to the main street of Akihabara. Also loved the free ramen noodles and onsen at the hotel.

The bed was REALLY small, slightly larger than a single bed! Could barely fit both of us and I am a short person at 155cm. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Bed was absurdly small although advertised as double (it wasn't). Staff had very limited English (although we met several other non-Japanese speaking guests) and couldn't understand our needs.

We loved the onsen, the ice cream snack, the beverage station, the comic book area - it was all a wonderful experience!

Everything was great! Felt very safe, too.

We loved the quiet and cozy feel. I personally loved the lullaby jingle that plays very softly in the hallways. The pajamas were awesome. The spa area was incredible. The whole thing top to bottom was fantastic.

Beautiful onsen on the top floor with indoor and outdoor baths. Nice extra services like free ice cream, yakult and soba. Very good breakfast.

Very convenient location, right next to lots of shopping and yet it was very quiet at night. They offer lots of amenities and even give you tattoo covers for the onsen. I would go again!

Dormy Inn always features a large bath but this one has a rooftop open air bath with a TV for you to watch which is very rare. It is in a good spot for Akihabara and the nearest station, Suehiro on the Ginza Line is convenient to reach other places in Tokyo.

The bathhouse was great! Second time staying because we liked the bathhouse so much.

The beds were not the most comfortable. But still decent. We slept well.

The staff were friendly and courteous, the breakfast and dinner were both great. Room was always neat and tidy. Didn't know much Japanese but staff were always able to help out. 100% I would recommend this hotel for next time.

Location was great! Close to the metro with lots of restuarants and shops around. The onsite onsen is really a plus! They are strict with tatoos, but you can ask for a tatoo cover patch to go into the onsen.

The room is a bit small. Can't really fully open our luggages but i guess most tokyo hotels are similar.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. Despite my poor Japanese, I had no issues communicating with them and they were very patient with me. I was a little nervous because it was my first time in Japan, however my stay here was very smooth and straightforward. The hotel was very close to a station and the facilities offered like the onsen and laundry facilities were much appreciated. Also, sort of an aside but since it seems to be a bit uncommon in laundry services here, there was access to a dryer in the hotel for a small fee (an actual dryer, not a combination unit).

I loved the onsen. It was the most beautiful of any I have been to. The location was great and nearby a lot of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly attentive, pleasant and helpful.

No complaints. Loved it completely. Will definitely be back again.

It was overall really good. Loved the public bath, food and services. I enjoyed staying at Dormy Inn. Easy access to the subway station and made travel easy.

The bedding. The bed and the pillow were too hard.
