    Pros +

    • Everyday they bring you fresh towels AND pajamas! They have a free happy hour from 5pm to 7pm, and alcohol is provided. Smoking is highly restricted in Japan. They provide a smoking booth on the 14th floor. It's small but can accommodate 3 people.
    • Excellent location 10min walk from two stations giving direct access to airports and almost all major tourist attractions. Large Life supermarket next to one of the stations (Tamachi). Lovely room, traditional pyjamas, complimentary Kose skincare.
    • Great value for money for the night I booked!

    Cons -

    • Not really. Traveling from the US, there was some communication issues with some of the front desk staff. Nothing major. Many of them spoke enough English to get buy, and two of them spoke perfect English.
    • 500 metres from station if you have heavy luggage , but easy walk . Not much in way of shops etc . Couple of good small restaurants a short walk away
    • ~10 minute walk from train station, not terrible... but not great either if hauling luggage

I can't say enough nice things about the staff at this hotel. We stayed here twice on our trip and every time we had exceptional service. The hotel is very clean and the lobby and common areas are well appointed and spacious. The rooms are nicely decorated (allbeit very small) and always clean. It's in a really good area and only about a 7 min walk to the station. There's a few restaurants around and several konbini within a 2 min walk.

The rooms are very small. We had a twin room and because we were travelling internationally for 3 months, we had two checked bags and two carry-on bags, so it was SUPER tight. There's not enough space in the room for anything other than hand luggage. The only other thing that I didn't like was the way the happy hour is organized. Unfortunately, way too many foreign tourists take advantage of the generosity of the Japanese and abuse the free happy-hour. It's meant to be shared by all, but if you get there any time after 5:15 - most of it is gone because some people are greedy and take more than their share. I think the hotel needs to rethink how they organize it in order to make it accessible to all. I'm not blaming the hotel for the behaviour of some foreign tourists, but I do think something needs to change logistically.

It's a really nice hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful. I think that the property is really clean and unique and I appreciated their extra help with forwarding our luggage. Incredibly professional staff. Even the folks serving the food (I didn't buy the breakfast plan) greeted us in the morning and were super kind and hospitable.

The room I booked said it would be suitable for 4 people - there's absolutely no way that room could hold four people. We opened the door to find the smallest twin beds I've ever seen in my life - with only one pillow per bed. If the room was suitable for 4 people, why wouldn't there be at least 4 pillows? Regardless, I am a small woman with two small children (7, 10) and my mother was traveling with us (she's 4' 10" for reference). There is no way we could have shared those tiny twin beds. The bed sizing in Japan is confusing. Sometimes a twin is more like a full size in the US and sometimes it's whatever this was. We had to go downstairs and pay for an extra room. This was the day we landed, too. So, we were tired from the travel and a bit frustrated by that. The great news is that it is VERY affordable so only had to shell out another $90 or so to get another room.

Everything about this property and staff was perfect except for 1 thing

The only thing I didn’t like was that the microwave was on the 14th floor while I was staying on the 16th. So every time — usually in the middle of the night or early morning — we had to go down to the 14th floor just to warm up our food. The part that really got me was that the microwave was completely in Japanese, so we didn’t know exactly what to do. After using it then by the time we made it back to our room, the food wasn’t even warm anymore.

Garbage was emptied daily, air purifier worked wonders, shower and towels were fantastic. Great hotel.

Ceiling material was splitting in two areas and the walls were a bit dirty. Still better than western hotels though.

The room was very comfortable. Great bedding. Great bathroom with bathtub. Super friendly and helpful staff. It was for our last night in Tokyo so its proximity to the yamanote line for last min shopping and to the airport made this place very convenient. The neighborhood was more on the quiet side wish we enjoyed a lot

    Can’t think of anything

Very clean and comfortable with a modern, minimalist feel.

Location was a bit of a walk from the subway and there was not much nightlife in the area. Rooms were also somewhat small.

Small room but very comfortable and cozy. No complaints. 5 to 10 minute walk to the Train station and close to a lot of areas. Very accommodating.

    8MichikoPosted on: 11-20-2025

Great to stay here if you’re going back to the airport. They had delivery service to send luggage to the airport and also complimentary drink area. We were coming from Yoyogi Koen and it was convenient distance by cab, faster than the train.

Room was a kind of small for two people. Hardly any space to put luggage and I didn’t like the closet area(hanger area) is by the door

Everything !! Great location, nearby grocery stores, nice staff, good breakfast

    8IoanaPosted on: 11-12-2025

Good location, about a 10-minute walk from the closest subway station. The buffet breakfast offered pretty limited options, but the food was of great quality. Very good lighting in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms. During our stay, the hotel offered complimentary alcoholic beverages and snacks every day between 5 and 7 PM. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and arranged a luggage transfer for us on the last day of our stay, which was very convenient.

The rooms had a persistent dusty smell, most likely from the carpeted floors. You're not allowed to open the windows, but we were able to ventilate the rooms by simply opening the doors, as the corridors are directly outside, in the open air.
