Very friendly helpful and respectful staff. Room was clean and small but exactly as the images showed and as we expected

Pillows where not comfortable. Rooms were as expected and clean. The hotel was very quiet and didn't hear neighbors just when doors opened and closed. Would recommend this location if staying in Tokyo.

Room is very small with very basic facilities . No place to open luggage, only on bed.

Location and proximity to train stations and food street. There is a big street nearby to suidobashi station which has loads of food options.

Rooms were quite tiny to fit two members. Not enough space to even open luggage bags. Wish rooms were little bit bigger but this is the story of most of the Tokyo hotels.

Very good location for public transport. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. Very convenient system of cleaning, refill of supplements and change of towels.

Room could be a bit bigger. Not enough washing machines for such facility, they are continuously occupied, time slot reservation system would be nice.

Brilliant location - close to metro, imperial palace, Ginza. Rome was small, but functional. Wonderful staff - ready to assist.

Staff very friendly and took our bags to our room that we had left at desk when we were too early to get into our room.

The TV had no access to Netflix or any other streaming services, just local Japanese TV. No Chromecast/Airplay either.The elevators always had a strange food odor about them.There was only one pillow per person on the bed and they were pretty flimsy.

Great location close to the train and many affordable restaurants with delicious to food. Super close to the Imperial Palace. Staff is very friendly, speaks English and are really accommodating. 711 right across the street with tons of options as well. A nice break from the nonstop bustle of Tokyo but just a short train ride from downtown. Can't say anything bad about this tucked away neighborhood.

When we first arrived our room was filthy. Dust all over the walls, dirty old carpet, hair in bathrooms and stained walls. When the shower head broke off the wall during the first shower we finally complained. The manager was very kind and we were moved to a newly updated room which was clean and modernized. Our experience was greatly improved. I'd skip the breakfast buffet, not worth it. There's tons of cute cafes in walking distance.

The room was extremely small and crowded with no room to walk around the bed and really no place to sit comfortably other than on the bed

Price and location

The check-in process is not at all convenient, this has worsened since last time I was there, everybody has to take a number and no check-in before 3 PM resulting in a bottleneck. O have never seen this in 30 years of travel. Will not be back.

The location was great with walking distance to Imperial Palace and 20min subway to Shinjuku. There is 7-11 store just across the street and several restaurants nearby.The room was comfortable and clean, as everything else it is smaller than its western counterparts, but for the price it was worth it. The staff is welcoming and provides hygiene products for the period of your stay in addition to nightgowns. The room had a humidifier and a window with a city view.There is a breakfast options that we skipped, but it is on the first floor. Laundry is available as well.

Very clean, staff was very courteous and great location.

Only minor complaint rooms were a little smaller than what the pictures on the website represented. But we were aware that small rooms are common in Japan.
