    Pros +

    • Hotel was nice. There was a minor hiccup when the first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke, but the staff quickly found us a new room. The room itself was fine, everything worked, bed was comfortable enough. No complaints.
    • Friendly staff, clean, good location
    • Facility is good.

    Cons -

    • At Room 907. The lace curtains are torn at balcony.Bathroom isn’t clean well….smell a bitTile was dirty…There is a lot of hairs btw Toilet lid and toilet.
    • Mainly the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and walls etc. The place is super tired and old. It is like something out of the 1970s or 80s perhaps. There were nasal snot marks on the walls, stains on the nightstand lamp shades, mold everywhere in the shower corners and door and in the tiles by the tub. There are enough spots for me to add all the pictures of all the disgusting dirt found in the room. All in all, it’s just dirty from lack of attention to detail and really old. There’s hardly enough room to get around one side of the bed and the bathroom itself where the toilet and towel bar is very, very small. The center atrium was open to the outside so when you opened your door, you were in a hallway that was very cold. For the price, I really can’t recommend it unless you can’t find anything else and know that you’re getting a really old and dirty bathroom and stained walls, lamps, sofas etc.
    • Nothing. I was wholly a fan.

The main redeeming value of the property was its location about a five minute walk to the JR and JC lines and the subway Maranouchi and Nambuko lines. They did also have key card access required for the elevators to the guest room floors so that was a positive. We had the larger room with a separate futon-like couch. There was a Mariesu Petite grocery two doors down as well a Family Mart and a drugstore. Many restaurants in the area.

Good location. Coffee machine in the lobby. Close to Family Mart and easy restaurant

The location was PERFECT. Central to several neighborhoods we wanted to explore without being overcrowded or touristy itself. I plan to stay here again.

Nothing. I was wholly a fan.

Fantastic location, close to lots of food options, combinis, and shopping complexes

The entrance is a little hidden

Close to Yotsuya station, Washer/dryer in room, Family Mart next door

Room was small, bathroom was old, outdated. Room was equal to a cruise ship cabin. No coffee maker in room. There was never coffee in the lobby when I went in the morning. Had to go to Family Mart.

Great location - close to the Yotsuya Metro/JR line station and also had a Family Mart nextdoor!

The coffee maker didn't work for 4 days straight.....ugh.

Morning coffee and luxury feel of property. Close to transportation and convenience stores.

Price is relatively high. But amenities were great.

Property does not meet value for money. Some staff were only interested in your check out on the dot, it was annoying the guy came to the room followed by number of phone calls even though it was only 5 mins late to their check out time

    Everything

Love the location, convenience stores and train station nearby. Staff were very friendly and don’t bother you at all. Washer and drying in room is also amazing

Needed to know what to do with emptying trash better

    8AmberPosted on: 5-9-2025

Washer/dryer in the room!!! Private bathroom with shower in the room. Fridge & microwave in room. Relatively close to train station. Breakfast included. Guest facilities. Right next door to a family mart

There was a cobweb running from the light above my bed to the fake plant wall art on the wall. More options for the western style breakfast or even a hot full breakfast buffet with both east & west options. English instructions for the washer/dryer would be helpful. Also, the second time I used the washer/dryer, it had an error so didn’t dry my clothes all night. Error was for clogged dryer filter. Checked; Filters were not clogged. 1 little piece of lint in filter. Removed it. Dryer wouldn’t reset or start over. I had to unplug & replug in to reset the dryer then start my load all over. Barely finished washing & drying in time to checkout on time. While not far from the station, also not as close as I would’ve liked. Not when carrying luggage…

This hotel in Tokyo had a bit of an Airbnb feel, which I actually liked. There’s a check-in desk, so arriving was easy, but overall the vibe is more relaxed and home-like. What surprised me most was how spacious the room was—especially for Tokyo standards. The room had a large, comfortable bed, a sofa with a table to sit and relax, and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. One of the most useful features was the washing machine with a built-in dryer—it made our stay so much easier. The location also turned out to be great. It’s not right in the center, but it’s close to a metro station, so you can reach the main areas quickly. Because it’s a bit outside the busiest zones, the area is quieter and not crowded with tourists, but still has plenty of restaurants and stores around.Overall, I was really happy with this choice—spacious, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. If I come back to Tokyo, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Close to train station and grocery store. Washing machine and dryer

    The bathroom was not clean.

Good location & staff helpful. Parking available at rear of building which was a bonus.

We stayed here at the start of our trip & returned for another couple of nights at the end of our holiday. Both rooms were crampt by a large table in the room which we felt was not necessary. Rooms could be restyled to make them feel larger & not need the bed against a wall. Bathrooms look tired!

The staff were incredibly helpful with our booking for our final night in Tokyo, I really wish we had booked to stay longer! The location is perfect, only a short walk from the station with good connections to other popular areas of Tokyo. The room was lovely and super clean, it was the perfect size for the two of us!

We could hear quite a bit of traffic throughout the night but our room was facing the main road

Genuinely my go to spot next time I travel to Japan. Such a perfect spot, next to station. Staff are very friendly, they even remember me and offer as much help as they can. The room's are super nice and private.

Their breakfast option isn't the best unfortunately

Excellent location and a great combination of hotel/apt style accommodation. We appreciate having staff on site (allowing luggage forwarding services) and the kitchen and laundry convenience in the room.

Bathroom area dated and had a musty odor when we first arrived. Kept the vent on to reduce the smell. I did enjoy having the bathtub!

The area that the hotel was in quite amazing with all the shops around. We found a red bean fish place around the corner. 10/10

The options for breakfast at the hotel were terrible
