Location is very convenient and a walking distance to two stations, staff was very helpful

The room was a bit dated, the aircon was tempermental at times

So convenient. Between 2 7Elevens, 1 FamilyMart and Donki a block away.

The hotel is close to literally everything. There’s a family mart just beside the hotel. Don Quijote is also a minute walk from the hotel!

The space is quite small but thats okay. :)

The location and extra amenities

No closet, kinda unhelpful staff, and a bit overpriced

It was near to the Train station. Walking distance to good food. The water in the bathroom was hot. I didn't die.

There were only two plugs and they weren't easy to access. The TV dates back to the early 2000's. I might have has this size for my computer at one time. The staff let me be confused while checking in at their check-in machine. It couldn't find my reservation via any way to they requested. When I finally walked over to the desk, they reached behind them and had my card right there. I could have saved 10 minutes of frustration because there was 2 people at the check-in desk doing nothing. They could have helped.

The hotel was quiet and was comfortable

It was hard to find, my Google Map kept giving me wrong directions

The location is superb. Very close to Ginza Main Street, metro, restaurant etc.

My room was tine, but I book the “small” room.

Rooms are good size, especially for Japan. It is very close to Shimbashi station and near Ginza shopping area.

The property is located close to a multiple train stations and was easy to get to. They are also located near multiple combini as well as a Donki. The staff were friendly and check in was smooth.

The elevator stopped at the 3rd floor every time which was kind of annoying but understandable. I also would have preferred a card key instead an actual physical key since I was concerned about losing it. None of these things would stop me from staying again but were just minor inconveniences.

Hotel was located in a superb area, with very easy access to Shimbashi JR Station and Metro lines. Was an easy walking distance from the main hub within Ginza and was overall a very safe and pleasant experience. Everything was well, with daily sanitary needs being met.

We experienced an instance where after the cleaning of the room, the door was left unlocked, but spoke to the staff of the matter and did not have an issue since.

Very convenient from Shimbashi Station and Ginza shopping. The room was roomy and comfortable.

I find the location good, close to subway and JR train station.

I didn't like the air con in the room. Sometimes it feels like no air con at all.

Standard hotel, and room was clean. However, the room smelled very strongly of cigarettes even though we booked a non-smoking room.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient place in Ginza. Walking distance from all nearby attractions.

The location was great, very close to the train station and in a nice area of Ginza.

The pillows had beads in them and were a bit uncomfortable, but I noticed this is common amongst most japanese hotels.
