    Cons -

    • Room was so small
    • Bathroom smelt like mildew.
    • This is one of the smallest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was good for climbing into bed and sleeping. The laundry room is in the next building over and only has one machine.

This hotel was so cute! It is small but that’s expected in Japan. It was very clean and comfortable. We had an additional bed for a third person which it seems they put into what used to be a closet space but it worked! Almost like we had 2 bedrooms!

It is a few hundred feet from the Akasaka subway station. The staff spoke good but not great English and were very helpful. It isn't fancy but it is clean and in very good shape. The lobby looked new. It had a small but not cramped bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped book a massage for our group of 6. They also helped check if the Tsukiji market was open the day we wanted to visit. Very clean and located right next to a subway station which was perfect.

Best thing about this hotel is location. I'm convinced that a better location for the price couldn't be found. (I'm also really into this type of neighborhood, so that helps). Calm, clean, great places to see while out. A/C had a cold setting!

Only thing would be the room size, but it's Tokyo so it is understandable. It was extremely clean though.

The hotel is very clean and excellent for the price we paid.

Loved the location of this property. They also have a cafe pretty much built inside. And they offer a ton of amenities guests can rent for free.

Tiny tiny rooms. I get that rooms in Japan are small. But for 2 people a king room barely had space for a suitcase. Like there wasn’t even space to open our suitcase up. The bathtub is also dangerously slippery. The rooms had a damp smell to them also. Lastly the staff doesn’t really do anything. Check-in and out is done on their machine, which is kind of strange.

Good location and clean. Decent size

    9IvyPosted on: 1-20-2026

I liked the convenience of the location to the subway and that there was a many restaurants nearby. The hotel provided amenities that were very useful such as a razor for shaving, pyjamas, slippers, water boiler, mini fridge, etc.

The beds and pillows felt uncomfortable but you can ask for better pillows at reception. The bed was also fully against the wall which made it hard for those lying down closest to the wall to get out of the bed.

Very clean. Great location. Staff was very professional and helpful.

I know space is an issue but would have liked some place to sit and read or hang out in the lobby. I'm an early riser and my traveling companion was not.

It was clean and excellent location, you will have supermarket, restaurant etc close. All the facilities that you need.

maybe they need to clean more often than 3 days.

Great location and awesome staff! There are a ton of items that you can use for free, like umbrellas, Chargers, and Tempurpedic pillows (super comfy.) The room is clean an average sized for a Tokyo hotel room small but enough space for three suitcases comfortably ( two Stacked under a desk and one open for clothes.) Station is literally right across the street and about 20 minutes to Shibuya, 25 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 to 40 minutes for akihabra and asakasa. There are plenty of great restaurants around in the area ranging from fancy Omakase places to $2 takoyaki.

The only thing I could say is that the washers and dryers were not the best. They have a two-in-1 washer/dryer so I would recommend going to a nearby coin laundry instead of using the one in the building. There are like three nearby less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The room was very clean. I had accidentally booked a smoking room and was unable to change it, but was pleasantly surprised that the room did not have a strong smoke smell. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Location was conveniently located right near the subway station. Would book again.

The staff were very kind. The bed was good.I requested a room change due to I made a mistake with the reservation and selected a smoking room. They see when would be available and offer us the change which we accepted.

    9SaraPosted on: 12-10-2025

Well located, super quiet, nice amenities - it had everything we needed!

Pillows weren’t the most comfortable (but they had tempurpedic on offer by request, so that’s on us!). It would have been helpful to provide thermostat instructions in English for guests - the heater bottomed out at 18 C so we couldn’t make it any cooler without translating the instructions to figure out how to turn on the fan).

Super easy location right on top of a metro station. Not an overly busy area, but easy to get other places which I preferred. Very comfortable room setup; the desk is nice and the bathroom is of the highest quality. The hotel staff is highly professional and room service is first rate. On top of all those basics the premium lounge is an excellent feature as are the complimentary beverages on check-in.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful!!! This was my first time in Japan and they were so accommodating and answered so many questions for me! I super appreciated all of their help! The location was also great. Super easy access to the train and quick to get to Shibuya. Great value for the price!

    8MiyakePosted on: 11-30-2025

Location was good fairly close to Tokyo Station and restaurants were available nearby. Twin beds were comfortable and the room had everything you would need despite being a little small in size. Cost made it worth it.

Little small but to be expected for a Japanese hotel.
