Shinjuku City Hotel N.U.T.S Tokyo

The space was nice, but did was not what I expected based upon the pictures online.

Great area full of restaurants and convenience stores. Helpful staff, clean space.

The room at a big bathroom and decent space for Tokyo. The location was great. 5 min walk when lugging suitcases from the M line. Several restaurants and convenience stores around and even a cheap luggage store. And finally a place with no mold.

One of the beds had no fitted sheet and the pillows were beyond flat. The beds also very uncomfortable, worse than several other cheaper places we stayed at around Japan. One of the staff there was quite unhelpful and almost rude, I saw her mentioned in other reviews and they do not lie. The listing is confusing whether or not you receive breakfast and the meal was a little unappetizing at times. Just a very mediocre place for the price. Would not stay again.

The check in time is 4pm, kind of late. They do let us to store luggages though.

This small hotel is located near one of the Shinjuku station entrances on a side street away from the noisy main street. There were several small neighborhood coffee shops and restaurant’s nearby. For first time visitors to Tokyo it was very convenient to be near the train station entrance. The split bathroom was spacious and well appointed with toilet/bidet, deep full sized tub and shower/wet room.

The hotel was a little sterile and would have been cozier with a few more amenities in the rooms and some artwork on the walls. Our room was a little cold so we requested some extra comforters but with each cleaning the comforters were taken away necessitating us to request them again. The pillows were also very hard and flat.

we booked a room for three and to our surprise, we had a very large room with 5 beds, a kitchen with utensils, a fridge and a microwave, a sining room tableand a bathroom with a bath. it was incredibly roomy for tokyo. almost wish i had booked for more days!

the room had a separate access from the hotel, which was nice, however it was on the ground floor, so the street lights made it difficult to fall asleep.

Size is 20m2 which is like double of what APA hotels give. The bathroom is a japanese style spacious bathroom. The products like shampoo or styling foam to use were from a Japanese luxury brand POLA. Location is great on the Marouchi line with a direct link to Shinjuku, Ginza or Tokyo station (handy if you are catching Shinkansen out of Tokyo). A lot of small restaurants and cheap cafes around.

I have nothing. I saw someone complaint about the location, but it is like 1 minute from Shinjuku-gyoemmae station and that is 2 stations away from Shinjuku - it's like having the advantages being close to Shinjuku without the downsides.

Location was really good, right by the Metro. People were very friendly and helpful. It was clean and the staff kept everything clean.

Its well located, close to shinjukugyoenmae station, and in general to the Shinjuku area.

One of the staff was awful... really bad actitud from the beginning to the end! I know that her job might not be easy, but she doesn't have to treat people that badly.Apart from that, I think its a super simple and basic, but nice place.

Rooms are small you pay what you get, old 90s rooms.

Property is in a good location but also situated off main areas so it’s quiet. Walking distance to shopping areas and transit stations. The rooms are a good size for a solo traveller.

Great space and value for money. Location was great as well- right by a train station. They have everything you need in terms of toiletries. Overall, I would stay here again.

Checkout at 10am is early and most places offer 11am checkout. In order to get later checkout, I had to pay 1100 Yen per hour.

Everything was clean and spacious, lots of bathroom amenities provided. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom is the strongest feature but the whole room was comfy.

Ceiling was a little beat and no strong curtains to optionally block the sun out
