    Pros +

    • This was in a great spot in Tokyo next to a few train stations, convenience stores and tourist spots.
    • Central
    • I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and courtesy and helpfulness of its staff.

    Cons -

    • It wasn?t very clean at all, hasn?t been updated in years and the bed was terrible. Hard as can be.
    • Central to Tokyo: train stations close by made it easy to use public transport.
    • The 2 rooms I booked, each for 2 occupants, were very small. There were no drawers so we literally had to live out of our suitcases which we had to zip up and stand along the wall so we have walking space.

What impressed me is the way maids who were very professional. They were even better trained than clerks at the reception desk. The room was always perfectly cleaned by them.

Sometimes clerks at the reception desk say different things than the other clerks which confused me.

    everything is excellent.

Very nice amenities including use of a local smart phone, Wifi, etc. Coffee provided in a lovely room with access to outside garden on the 14th floor.

I didn't realize that the hotel was in the business district so it was fairly empty in the evening. Hotel TV only offered two CNN stations in English...all other stations were in Japanese.

The cleanliness, the bar on the first floor, and the outdoors and indoors lounge on the 14th floor open for usage 24 hours. The amenities provided were also really awesome and thought out, especially the bath salt.

The hotel rooms are wayyy too small and the structure of the bathroom door should be a slider and not a swing inward door because it really takes away from airflow into the bathroom during a shower and movement while you're drying off and using the sink.

We liked a number of features of the hotel: 1. friendly and very polite Japanese staff 2. clean rooms (we had a standard and then a twin); the twin room was great! Beds - extremely comfortable & shower/twin A+ 3. the location near multiple metro entran

Not criticism really, merely suggested improvements: 1. silicon sealant to run the length of the edge of the bathtub alongside the wall in both rooms we stayed; gaps appear over time and will only damage the walls 2. increase variety of biscuits in loun

    Great location and reasonable price.

Room is kinda small but that’s for all hotels in Japan.

Room was well appointed. On site restaurants (buffet breakfast and lunch) were very good. Hotel service was excellent.

Location was inconvenient, not many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The staff is amazing. J. Ikegami from front desk was amazing, always went beyond to make costumers feel welcomed and special! I had a beautiful view from my room. The rooms were very clean and had a lot of room. I really enjoyed my stay! Definitely recommend.

Had a great stay! Room was clean and staff were prompt with new towels or any requests. I would stay here again.

    Nothing negative to say.

The room had a great view. Could see Mt Fuji. Bed was very comfortabe. Shower was terrific.

The room wasn't cleaned within a good time. We were out until almost 2pm and when we returned to relax in the room, we had to leave again for an hour for the room to be cleaned. The wifi was terrible. I think when you pay this much for a hotel, you would expect a room to be cleaned at a reasonable time and the wifi should work all the time. Not just occasionally.

WELL-APPOINTED ROOMS, CLEAN, EXCELLENT GUEST LOUNGE, CLOSE TO TRANSPORT, QUIET AREA

Great location and condition with clean rooms, plenty of amenities and complimentary drinks at the lounge. The common hang out area is really spacious and relaxing. But above all the heartfelt service and hospitality from the staff members was the highlight.I asked to microwave some rice pack for the kids at the reception thinking it was going to be a hassle. They literally served it on a dining tray with silver spoons…
