The space, the location

The climate control in the room was not functioning. It wasn?t too uncomfortable so I didn?t report it.

Good location. Very helpful staffs.

Couldn't find a proper place to use the kettle.

I really liked how the staffs were polite and helpful. The location is great. It's a block away from the airport limousine bus stop and train stations are nearby. There are also a supermarket and an appliance store. The room is spacious for 2 and spotless

I wish the ice machine was on the 4th floor lobby area, instead of 7th and 9th floor.

The location can't be any better. Just a minute walk from south exit/park exit of Kichijoji station. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The soundproofing is not working properly, still could hear people slamming their doors after midnight.

Amazing staff, very accommodating, excellent location, and great rooms. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Japn again.

I loved how convenient the location was. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Kichijoji Station, and there’s a food street directly across the hotel with a wide variety of dining options. Inokashira Park is only a 5-minute walk away, and the main shopping streets and malls are about a 15-minute walk. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and able to understand English, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The room size was exactly what I expected for the price, and everything matched the description. The staff were very accommodating and even held my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. There’s also a convenient breakfast/dining restaurant right next door.

The room was spacious, with plenty of space to store luggage. Amenities were adequate. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, with no lagging issues. The hotel was very close to the station, just a few minutes’ walk away. The lobby offered complimentary drinks like coffee, hot tea, and water.

Great location just a minute walk from both the train station and Inokashira park. Room is clean and well managed. Nothing to complain at all.

Location was great short walk to the train station. Lots of food and shopping options in the area and the price was right. Good base location for navigating Tokyo.

Only thing I would change is that the HVAC is central and we were not able to control it in the room, it was too hot and we had to open the window, which was difficult. Rugs seemed a bit worn, could use some updating.

The location cannot be beat. Despite being by the station I didn’t hear the train. The amenities selection was great. The room had a coat rack and a nook to tuck in luggage which was helpful.

I wish there was more room to take off shoes when entering but it was a good space otherwise.

It was a great location and the staff was very nice. Very close to the station and plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

The rooms are small but that's to be expected in the middle of the city and for the price.

The hotel locates next to Kichijoji station. There's a lot of shops, restaurants, markets, malls nearby. You can spend whole day to walk around the hotel. Breakfast is great. There's a bike rental in front of the hotel. You have to pay additional JPY2,000 cash for parking per night. There's no drinking water in the room but they provide hot/cold drinking fountain every floors next to lift.

Room is a bit small. Heavy traffic.

The location to the trains and airport bus were about a 3 to 5 minute walk from the hotel. Many food establishments were within walking distance with various shopping venues nearby as well. The hotel was clean and provided service when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Extremely convenient location - Literally right next to the train station and the bus line that goes directly to Haneda Airport. Very friendly helpful staff that speaks English. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast seemed kind of expensive.

Great location. Close to station, convenient location to get around Tokyo. Lobby has free tea, coffee, and water stations are abundant so I don’t have to buy water at a konbini!

I believe the full sized bed consists of two twin mattresses that was conjoined by a metal frame that could be felt if slept in middle of the bed, but was totally fine if slept on sides.

All good! Staff, location! Would be nice to have the room a little bit bigger considering we were 3.
