Pros +
- The 2nd room (3rd and 4th nights) had a nice view.
- Love the location close to shinagawa station this hotel is on top of a hill we would take a taxi up for 500 yen, especially if u have luggage. There is a free shuttle to their other 3 hotels that are very close every 20 mins or so.
- Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room cleanliness from amazing and all of the cleaning staff were very polite.
Cons -
- The original room (2 nights) was horrible. Overlooked a bus parking area the restaurant selection was not to my liking.
- When booking the Teppanyaki restaurant we weren't informed of the 13% tax that was put on to all meals until we got the bill. Although the restaurant was amazing it was just a bit of a shock when paying.
- less kindness and friendliness, basically not proactive
