Hotel Mystays Nippori

The hotel was situated in a quiet part of Nippori — close to the station, but not too close to be exposed to the daily hustle and bustle of the commuters. The room was just the right size for our family and didn't feel cramped. The bed was comfortable, the temperature could be adjusted to our liking, and the bathroom was clean. Because of these, we had a restful sleep and a pleasant stay. The hotel also had a luggage delivery service to and from the airport (Airporter) and the staff was kind enough to guide us through the process and remind us about the drop-off and pick-up times.As an added bonus, there is a convenience store just down the street and getting to Narita Airport is convenient from this location, since you don't need to change trains.

The area gets really quiet at night and there isn't really much you could do except eat, but that was to our advantage.

The room is very small and no cleaning service when comparing the price with other hotels nearby. We could get more spacious rooms and better service with the similar room rates. The staff especially a man who wear glasses, are not very nice and helpful. He incorrectly leaded us with the left luggages that we had registered the QR code so that took time a bit longer than expected. We believed that the standard of this hotel is good so we decided to choose here but finally worse than ever.

The size of the room was very good for Japan standart besides includes microwave and freezer too. Great bed, very comfy.

No breakfast zone so no breakfast option.

How close to the station it was, nice area.

The room was smaller then I’m used to but it was great for sleeping and resting.

Close to JR Nippori by 5mins walk - 10mins with luggage. They got amities of DHC. and have microwave in the room .Super!

Reception area is quite small, but that's ok.

The location, price, and new interiors are clean and friendly. Kitchenette. Bathroom with a nice toilet. They don't clean the room, so you do have to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels yourself, and put out the trash yourself. We did prefer that, since we don't like people coming into our room anyway, but I can see this as a con for someone who wants more traditional hotel services.

The building may be old because the facility itself smells musty when walking down the hallway, and there was an AC water leak in the room by the end of our trip.

It was our first time in Japan, and we decided to follow the advice we saw online to book within the Yamanote Circle. Nippori is convenient, with access to the Shinkansen and the JR Yamanote Line, which connects to most tourist spots. The staff were great, very nice, and spoke English! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the experience and would definitely recommend it. The neighborhood was peaceful and within walking distance of konbinis and restaurants.

Value for money, the cleanliness, smart TV, free amenities, private bathroom, laundry coin inside the hotel, "Konbini" and other stores nearby, just 7-10 minutes walk to the nearby station.

Air conditioner didn't work properly when I stayed there. The first night it was okay, but on the second night the air was too hot and stuffy I had to open the window for fresh air. The room is too narrow when you brought 2 medium size suitcases and 1 baby stroller.

The location was good. Close to Nippori station but very calm, no heavy traffic.The room was clean and equipped everything I needed. The staff was supportive.

This property had a great location. Conveniently located 4 mins walk to Nippori station and 7/11 just a few metres away. The room was small (but this was expected). Bonus was having the laundry space. It was clean and service was great!

Price was a little steep but this was also expected as we left our booking to last minute and we knew we were booking in peak season.

I only have good things to say about Hotel Mystays Nippori. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Location was what we wanted - away from the busy area of Tokyo but close to the train station. We will definitely stay again if given the chance. Higly recommended. Thank you to the staff.

Room is clean, a bathroom is good. There is a microwave in the room with small fridge. Just room is really small. They offer hairbrush, toothbrush and paste and face cleaning stuff for free. There is SevenEleven very close which is open all night with good sandwiches. At the backyard there is a smoking place for guests. There are a lot of small shops around and public transportation is good.

Standard room, a bit on the smaller side (even for Japanese standards), lovely staff, location was close enough to the train station and only 1 stop away from Ueno. Vending machine, laundry and smoking room all located on the 1st floor.

Bathroom door opens outwards but can't open fully against the wall so basically it always has to be closed, and the bathroom was extremely small. We (2 avg sized Asians) were fine but taller people might have trouble moving around in the bathroom. We did not see laundry detergent for use in the laundry room or anywhere else (either free or for sale), so we couldn't really do our laundry. I now realized I should've asked receptionist, our mistake to assume it'd be automatically dispensed like at some other hotels and laundromats.

Nice and clean room. Locate nearby Nippori station (400 m. 15 min walk). Nice location Nice staff (24 hrs service). Easy to find the hotel. All facilities are good and ok.

Room size quite small cannot put more than 2 luggages (M size) in the room. The bathroom is very narrow.

All new renovations, very clean ,microwave in room was bonus
