What Guests Loved

Pros +
- The location at the Yoga station was fantastic as well as being steps from an office building with several restaurants and markets. Everything in the room was clean and in excellent working order, and I loved the washer/dryer. Very quiet for sleeping!
- It’s very clean and I got very big room.
- Very close to the train station and local shopping. This is a slice of real everyday Japanese life with few tourists. While all of the guests I saw appeared to be Japanese, the front desk said they had overseas tourists and there were people who spoke English. I appreciated the in room washer/dryer available in some rooms. It is one of the things I like about this chain. It allows you to pack lightly and have more room to bring souvenirs back.
Cons -
- There is chapel to pray.
- The cleaning policy. They only clean the rooms if you stay 7 consecutive nights. It makes no sense. The cleaning offered for shorter stays are either the staff will enter the room and replace the towels and throw out the trash or a towel exchange service where you keep the old ones outside and they don't enter the room. They won't make the bed, they won't tidy up the place. It's ridiculous, considering the price for a night is at the range of $150-$200. The least they can do is make the bed and tidy up or the hotel should possibly offer cleaning for an extra fee if it's reasonable. I stayed 5 nights and it was quite disappointing coming into my room and realizing that the bed is not made etc.
- There could have been more storage space (wardrobe, drawers etc. We lived out of suitcases for the week. This may well be a hotel best suited to people on business rather than longer staying guests like us. Nevertheless, it was great value for money and probably bigger than the average hotel room in Tokyo to be honest. There is no restaurant - but there are so many places to eat in the immediate area that this was not a problem.

Location. Right ext to the Yoga station. Many shops and restaurants around. Easy access and probably the only hotel in Yoga. The room is also well equipped. It has a washing machine and dryer which is very convenient and a cooking range (IH) but i didn't use that. Also the TV is a smart TV with all the apps.

Conveniently located next to the Yoga bus line and Yoga train station. Taxi hub across the street. Family Mart close by for essentials. Great, safe location and rooms are comfortable with good space
Great location for public transportation. I loved the kitchenette and washing machine in the room.
Excellent hotel and excellent location. Just keep in mind they might not do full normal daily cleaning (not sure if this was just when I was here or always), they only changed towels and garbage bags. Also, it is a bit pricey, but the rooms are quite nice.
Very clean and comfortable. Great location and excellent staff.
Very clean and very near the station of bus & trains, grocery and restaurants.Comfortable, it has washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, complete with IH for cooking and utensils, they change towels everyday.
Comfortable bed, clean room with good size bathroom. The staff were very friendly and courteous. It was in an ideal location for us as it was near our son and within easy reach of Sebuya via Yoga station which was below the hotel. Lots of places to eat nearby and local stores to buy snacks etc.

Wonderful for a long stay. Good, thoughtful staff. Convenient washer, refrigerator and mini kitchen.
friendly staff and excellent location just a few steps away from the subway station.
they don't provide daily cleaning of the rooms. They also don't provide hypoallergenic pillows nor bad covers
Very convenient location, staff was kind and accommodating.
There was no indication that I was staying in a non-smoking room when I made the reservation. There were no non-smoking rooms available.
Location was perfect, literally right above the Yoga Station of the Den-en-toshi line. Perfect and easy access to trains into Shibuya and the rest of Tokyo. Also, room size was excellent for two!
While the in-room washer/dryer was a welcome addition to the room, it was very loud—VERY loud. We could only really run it during the daytime when we were out, because it was too much noisy to handle when we were in the room.
It had a convenient location and free coffee/tea machine. Luggage storage was helpful. Shower was nice.
It was very expensive and not a good value. The bath faucet dripped.
Location and washer/dryer in the room. The room was designed to serve a long-term stay; they provided a laundry detergent, dish soap and sponge, chopping board etc.
Wifi was horrible. I basically had no wifi throughout my stay (8 nights). Also, it’s way too overpriced. Although this hotel is very well equipped for a long-term stay and at a great location, it’s a businessman’s hotel, not three or five star hotel by any means.
Close to station, clean new and amazing staff
Staff were friendly and helpful, was a great help for luggage storage while we went away for the weekend. Room was good value too and close to Yogs station! Some restaurants around which was good! Had everything we need.
The hotel is super close to Yoga station. It is right next to it and takes just a minute to get from the entrance for the hotel to the station! If you exit from the North Gates (北口), the stairwell is designed like an amphitheater. Climb up the right side. Immediately on the right, you will see a police box (交番)。Just walk past that, and head straight down and you will see the sign for Tokyu Stay. I didn't expect the room to have a well stocked kichnette, big washing maching and spacious balcony so I was pleasantly surprised. The room was more spacious than I expected (but I had no luggage) I believe the hotel is a repurposed apartment building. The area is pretty quiet since it is residential and there are plenty of little eatieries around. The "Den-en-Toshi"line becomes the Hanzomon line after Shibuya station so you can take it all the way to Mitsukoshimae station or even further to Tokyo Skytree. The local bus also goes to Shibuya station.
The rooms are not very sound proof especially if you leave the balcony door open. Luckily my neighbors were quiet. I found the carpets to be really dull and stained (though this is not unsual for hotles with lighter carpets.) The balcony didn't have a drying rack. It may have been folded and kept somewhere in the room but I didn't see it.
Location is super.I had no breakfast.
Location and Balcony…kind and attentive staffs.
