Room is wide and so clean and colorful interior and location is perfect .

Windows are so big .it was bit cold .....

No carpet for the room floors. small space for luggages, can’t even open it up in the floor. Too expensive

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and can't recommend this place enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch; we especially appreciated the shared kitchen, which was fully stocked and perfect for cooking our own meals. The meeting and working spaces were a great touch for catching up on some work, and the gym was functional and well-maintained.The location was unbeatable—truly at the heart of everything. We also loved the hip and eco-conscious vibe of the place; it was refreshing to see their commitment to conservation. A huge bonus was the free luggage storage on our departure day, which allowed us to explore the city one last time without our bags. We would certainly stay here again and have already been recommending it to all our friends!

Location is really good, rooms are designed in a fun and unique style

The ac is central and there is no control over the temperature in the room. Even when choosing “fan” it still was warming up the room further. I couldn’t get any sleep and was feeling like im in a sauna. Really bad experience. Also, the walls are super thin and as I couldn’t sleep and felt like I was in a sauna. Rooms are designed in the most efficient and narrow way possible, leaving no room for movement. As a result, you’re constantly bumping into everything, making noise. Also the walls are thin and I had a neighbor who slept only between 2am and 5am for the two nights i stayed and I know that because I was woken up with every phone call and sneeze and door slamming he did.

This is a very convenient location on the north side of main shopping area of Ginza. Subway transportation on each end of the street makes it easy to move around - Ginza line and Azakusa line. There's great restaurants nearby (ramen place, etc.) and a 7-Eleven at the corner. The room is compact, efficient and well appointed. I felt very comfortable in my space and moving around the area. I highly recommend this for anyone looking no frills hotel in Ginza.

The hotel staff kindly let us store some of our suitcases 4 days ahead of our check in date so we didn't have to lug all our suitcases to Kyoto. From the photos on Booking.com, I got the impression the rooms were going to be very small. However, our room was actually quite sufficient for two people and very clean. Could have done a few more days there. The excellent location in Kyobashi was very helpful to move around Tokyo, easy walk to Tokyo Station for Shinkansen and Narita Airport bus and particularly easy to go anywhere on the Ginza line.

Wish the staff at least offered to help bring some of the suitcases up to the rooms as there were 4 and it was just me. However, I do understand they need to man the check-in desks.

A modern and clean hotel, in a great location in Ginza. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room is small but well-organized.

The issue was with the air conditioning - only heat and fan modes were available, which made the room feel stuffy. The staff was very nice and offered two solutions: a table fan or opening the windows. However, the fan wasn’t sufficient, and opening the windows made the room too cold (around 5°C).

I loved how clean and modern the entire property felt. The location in Ginza was incredibly convenient for walking to shops, cafés, and train stations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were compact but thoughtfully designed, making great use of space.

The rooms are on the smaller side, which may feel tight if you have a lot of luggage, but it worked fine for a short stay.

Favorite stay of our entire trip in Japan. Was small but clean, comfortable and welcoming. In a fabulous area. Would highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly kind. The area in Ginza is excellent and clean and very safe.

The hotel is located close to Tokyo Station and the Ginza line.The staff was very friendly. The room and hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and they provide pajamas. They have a laundry room.

The shower was a bit small. There are only 3 dual washer/dryers and can get very busy. If you don’t wait you might miss the next free machine.

I HAVE WRITTEN AN EMAIL TO BOOKING .COM ABOUT A SCAM. WHEN I BOOKED ONLINE THE PRICE FOR ONE NIGHT WAS 24000¥ YEN. WHEN I WAS CHARGED, THE RATE SUDDENLY CHANGED TO 55,662¥! THIS PREPOSTEROUS CHARGE BY THIS HOTEL THROUGH BOOKING.COM WHICH WAS NON REFUNDABLE - SO I HAD NO CHOICE TO CANCEL. THIS PRICEVIS THE PRICE FOR ONE NIGHT AT A FIVE STAR HOTEL! THIS WAS INDEED A SCAM THAT I DID NOT EXPECT FROM BOOKING. COM AND LYF. I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CLIENT FOR MANY MANY YEARS OF BOOKING .COM AND I DOD NOT EXOECT THIS BETRAYAL OF CUSTOMER TRUST.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Room and additional facilities were clean and comfortable. Great location, good value for money.

The location was great, super close to a lot of stations and a lot of things to do within walking distance. The room was super comfortable for the size!

The only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t take the trash for you. They only take the trash in the room bin but if you have any other trash bags or plastic bottles to recycle it’s not taken out. I think that gets taken out when you check out. The fire alarms are really sensitive here as well. Something to keep in mind, they will go off. Another room had triggered it during our stay.
