The location

Rooms are spacious(for Japan ) .Easy access from airport and to train station!Short distance to JR and subway lines . Eateries and convenience stores are nearby as well as a drugstore(tax- free).

The family room was nice and spacious with a sitting area. It had three beds and then an additional bed for the fourth person. Nippori doesn't have much around, but it is convenient to get to Narita airport with Keisei skyliner.

We arrived a bit early for check in. We were told that we can check in on time but then when we came back, we were told we had to wait longer as the room was not ready yet. I wish it had more hooks to hang towels also. this seems to be a common issue with most hotels.

Mediocre

Smelled like cigarette smoke. Old decor and rooms have not been renovated. Sketchy location.

Location was very good.

The room was smaller than anticipated and old. Carpets were frayed and bathroom was old.

Great location, wonderful staff, and much larger rooms than you will find almost anywhere else in Tokyo.

Location was good, very nearby Nippori train station. Konbinis were many around. Room was very spacious to accommodate me, husband and 2 pre-teens.

The air blower for the air conditioning system made the room felt a bit too warm, in addition you can't open the windows. I felt the lighting was not enough in the room, it felt quite a bit dark. Breakfast was quite a variety but the taste of foods were disappointing.

Room is good, a bit small but clean. Breakfast is OK but 80% are the same every day.Good location with many food shops around the hotel that closed late at night. Near the JR and Keisei (3 mins. walk)

A bit small of room.If you want to go somewhere in Tokyo by train with luggage in the morning, a little difficult because of crowded people on Nippori station in the morning.

The property was really close to the train station which was excellent for commuting back to the airport. The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful and efficient.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.

New room, new equipment on the Skyview level. Friendly stuff and a spacious room.

The breakfast is good, but the coffee machine in the cafeteria was broken on the second day without backup

Very close to Nippori station for connection to Skyliner to Narita airport. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

No smart tv. This should be upgraded by now.

Location was very good close to the train station.

If you’re into the bright lights of Tokyo, it might be a bit far from the key locations. However not a problem if you’re looking for a balance stay of location and value for money.

Staff are friendly, 24hrs front desk, luggage storage & weigh scale. Location was good near by local restaurants, convenience stores & train station within 5 mins walk. Breakfast was alright.

No gum, no swimming pool, no room food serving even you can’t buy food from restaurant on site & take to your room except few take away options. Rooms are cold with poor central AC / Heater. Rooms are too tight & dark, no proper lighting. Bathroom too tight as well!

Central air can’t control, rooms were cold. Light was not enough & wasn’t bright enough specially in the bathroom. No Room food service & can’t carry the food to your room even for lunch or dinner

Convenient location, spacious and clean room, and welcoming staff. Our second time staying here with my big family. We love a location, few minutes to Nippori station and a lot of restaurant near by. Not too busy neighbor hoods, suitable for family with kids.

Great location, 5 minutes from the Nippori station with access to the skyliner to the Narita airport. Lots of konbinis nearby to buy snacks and breakfast if you don't sign up for breakfast with the room.

The rooms aren't super convenient to move two suitcases around in and for any packing and repacking but they work just fine and are ok by Tokyo standards.

Good location Clean room Nice range of amenities

The walls are paper thin and the guests are very loud. Had a crying child as my neighbor and rowdy girls down the hall who didn’t sleep the whole night. Thankfully, earplugs were provided in the amenities.

Location is amazing The room is a lot bigger and comfortable compared to any business hotels around here. I was surprised. We picked a twin room, the room had 2x double bed and desk next to window plus a table with 2 chairs. I would stay here again.
