Comfort Hotel Tokyo Higashi Nihombashi

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Some spoke English as well. The breakfast was very good selection, with kind, attentive cooks.

The room and bathroom was very small, seemed gloomy and humid, and would not have been a good place to stay longer than 1 night,

The breakfast provided was great. The location was right next to a station which was great. The room was like any other hotel room. Love how sleepwear was provided.

Room was your typical Japanese hotel room smaller than Western hotel rooms but it is enough for 2 people.

Normal Check out was 12:00 I didn't expect it was 10AM and we were not ready yet, our flight was at night.

The place is very clean and confortable. Staff are nice, flexible and accommodating to our requests. Place close to subway and just adjacent to 711. I like the free water and juice and all other amenities

The dryer doesnt dry well.We had to repeat the baload several times. Room has not enough space for packing and unpacking from luggages. Breakfast buffet needs some variety each day. Was same set of food for five nights we were there.

The staff were really nice and the breakfast was great. The hotel is in the perfect location being directly above a convenience store and next to the entrance to both a JR station and the connected subway station.

Good value for money in modern and correct facilities. It is also a plus tht they can host our luggage before and after check-in and checkout

Breakfast was a bit repetitive

Staff were very helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast each morning was good. The rooms are small, but comfortable for two. They received our forwarded bags and had them waiting for us at check in. There was also free luggage storage we used as we had an evening departure.

It was near train stations. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The only thing I can say is that our room was pretty dusty :( We also found a bug on our window shades, but the staff addressed it right away, the room was cleaned and all linens changed.

The free breakfast was good. I also liked that there was a 7/11 next door.

The rooms were a little small. The hotel wasn’t as close to stuff as I initially thought but that was my own fault.

Elevator takes a lot to arrive so if you have luggage you might have to wait.

We loved our stay because the staff are kind and polite. They always greet each guest with a pleasant smile. The location of the hotel is excellent as the train is just a 5-minute walk below the building. The area is quiet and safe so that’s a plus.

When we check in at a hotel, we have a habit of looking under the bed. Voila, there was a shoe box under the bed. Not too scary, but just an observation. Hope they clean up well next time. All in all our stay was great!
