Cheap, clean and very helpful staff.

great location - plenty of things to see, do and eat in the area, and near to asakusa and tawaramachi stations to go and see other things. Professional helpful staff, adequate facilities.

We like everything about this hotel. Location, location, location. Train station is literally five minute walk, very clean rooms, very comfortable bed. To our surprise, we were treated with a nice view of Tokyo sky tree from Our room window! Love having natural sunlight coming in during the day.

The rooms are small, but that is standard and Tokyo in terms of hotel room size. I wish there were more counter space and hook in the bathroom.

Great location, walkable to Kaminari Mon in Adakusa. Tons of places to eat by the hotel, you can go to most places via Subway pretty easily.

Room was a bit smaller side, but completely fair for the price!

Pretty normal business hotel, but that’s not a bad thing. Tidy and comfortable room, all staff were very helpful and accommodating even in instances where there was a language barrier, wonderful location.

Good location, conbinis and main shopping area near by

The stay was fine but our restroom had a urine smell during our whole stay. It was tolerable but not up to the standards expected. Previously stayed at another Hotel Sunroute (Ginza) and had no issues with odors. Also it would have been better if their amenities included a wash cloth.

Near to some shopping area, sights and restaurant.

The location of the hotel was perfect for getting to and from the airport as well as being walking distance of sensoji for new year eve and day. The japanese breakfast included was also great and the staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated my room also faced the street even if a bit more noisy for the holidays.

The random stains on the comforter, walls and other bed linens were a bit off-putting. The room didn't feel unclean per se but old stains on bed linens are not the most appealing. They should either replace it or throw it out completely.

The room is a comfortable size and clean. The room we booked was in the main building, where the air conditioning is centrally controlled, but we were still able to adjust the temperature ourselves. The staff were helpful. There is parking available, but it needs to be reserved in advance and there is a parking fee. The hotel is conveniently located about a 2–3 minute walk from Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line, and Asakusa is also within easy walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, drug stores, and convenience stores nearby, so the location is very convenient.

So nice to come back to fresh draft beer after a long day of work or visiting and walking around.Great location nice breakfast and great staff.

Central heating too strong

A bit of an old style Hotel in great location. Rooms are very clean, with kettle. The beds are comfy. The staff were lovely and spoke some English . Would recommend this hotel for location to the Sensoji temple and subway.

Interior design a bit old fashioned

Location - close enough to stations, surrounded by commerce (and even cafes open easy), still full of life but not as crazy as downtown Shibuya, Ginza etc.

Pillows not comfy. No streaming services (minor complaint, but noticed since Sotetsu in Ueda has it)

Close by the shopping street. The rate is good considering breakfast is included.

The single room is the tiniest room I've ever stayed in.

Room was too warm.

When I checked in, I was charged an additional 500 yen. When I booked it I thought the price on the website was the final price. No one likes surprises. There were some dark markings on the wall. The pillow and bedding I got were uncomfortable.

Friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable and clean rooms, very close to the metro and services

The central heating was way too hot. Staff were able to open the room's window for us, which made the room temperature a lot more comfortable.

The location was great - walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bakeries and markets. Asakusa is a good location to stay in Tokyo. Train system is amazing. Room was adequate, although a bit squeezy. But we had expected that. Difficult to get in/out of bed as very close to two walls. Bathroom was big enough incl a bath. Not much room to open suitcases, but we managed. Nice view of Sky Tower. Vending machines on all floors. Free beer (!) in the foyer every afternoon from 4pm which our group took advantage of. Lounges to meet up with group for drinks and chat - much appreciated as unable to do so in rooms. Very helpful with checkin/out and storing luggage on checkout day. Lovely staff.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like - except the bed and pillows. But luckily we were able to ask for extra (and soft) pillows which were better. Mattress was a little uncomfortable, but a small sacrifice to pay for an otherwise great hotel.
