Many taxi drivers were not so easy to find the hotel location

The price for Tokyo is good.

We really didn't have wifi. That is a big problem. Also the bathroom is very very small even for a thin person. If you have a small amount of money to spend for a better hotel I think you should do so.

Its location and overall package was pretty good.

The bed was so hard, that it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. We actually slept on top of the quilt to soften the feel. With that we slept OK. Also, the air conditioning was ineffective and so the room was stuffy.

Very close to Nihonbashi bridge! Friendly staff.

A bit hard to find!

I like the aromatic smell scenting in all the corridors.And also the service was amazing, I arrived there before the check-in time, but they still arranged me to check in.Anyway o really recommend this hotel with an extraordinary services and the atmosphere here inside was perfect

Great location and all necessities were provided. Staff at front desk and in dining room were courteous and helpful with requests. Extra towels provided was nice, gave you the option to re-use towel or use a new one.

The construction work in front of Hotel on check in date of Jan 15 was confusing as no signs pointed to Hotel with construction barriers up. I walked around a few times. Also while breakfast was the same each day, it was good, healthy food and not so salty which happens at a lot of places. Thank you for that!

The location was central enough for it to be easy to go out to other places, but out of the way enough to not be super crowded! The hotel was small but perfect for individual rooms, especially for our schedule basically being out all day. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They were able to hold our luggage after we checked out on the last day as well which was really helpful for us.

Understandably, and as is typical, the room was very small, especially the bathroom. Just go in with that expectation and it's not too bad.

The sweet man who checked me in on arrival was just so nice. The room was a good size and clean.

Excellent location! It's in a very nice area so it feels very safe and it's super convenient to get around anywhere in Tokyo.The room was on the smaller side but for just one person it was perfect size. It came with several amenities that were very useful. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.The breakfast was nice with a good variety to choose from. I would stay here again!

As the rooms are a bit small maybe think how it will fit with two people with suitcases.

Honestly, for the price it was too expensive for a very small room or maybe it’s just Tokyo thing.It’s clean, location is ok but still far away from where things are. Although, the metro is making it so easy to move around as well.

The room is too small just literally enough to walk around the bed ? it was comfortable still bc we were so tired ?

The location was great especially for someone who likes walking at night at not so crowded places

The staff at the front desk seemed to be unwelcoming to tourists, and he even accused us of booking only for two people when we are actually three. I kept explaining that I had a different booking from my parents who stayed at the place 5 days after I checked in since they decided to join us later on. We actually booked two rooms but the staff did not believe us until I showed him my booking and that I have already checked in a few days earlier since i have a different booking from my parents. That whole scenario ruined what should have been a perfect rating for the place. How the staff treats the guests is really important, ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK STAFF. I suggest you do not put a staff at the front desk who hates tourists. It was clear that he does not like tourists when we were checking-in. I have privately messaged the property as well but have not received any updates, so I am making this review in public.

The dryers took a couple of runs to dry the clothes, but they did the job.

Location wise it’s near Ginza. Its near to Mitsukoshi mall and other malls

Very good location, in a street full of restaurants and izakaya, room was quiet and comfortable, with all amenities on spot.

A little small (but we knew about that), actually nothing to complain about!

Good location only 15 min by foot from Tokyo station.

The hotel looked quite old and didn't seem that the management invested a lot in renovations.

It was clean, centrally located, and really made me feel apart of the city. Staff was very nice, and really enjoyed it all around.

Really nothing. The room is small, but that's tokyo for you. Couldn't have asked for a better situation between price/location/facilities.

It has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Everything is clean, the staff is very helpful and welcoming.

It was very close to the station and many Restaurants around. Very convenient very much recommended. Staffs are also nice and try to speak english
