HOTEL MYSTAYS Iidabashi

Staff is super helpful. The location is great easy to get to Tokyo Dome and the trains.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Will be staying at this location when I return to Tokyo.

I thought I had booked the quadruple room for my children and when I arrived they said I didnt get that room. They show the wrong pictures in the website when we are picking a room. That's false advertisement.

I made it work but really wasn't happy for my children. The staff was very short and not understanding. I wasn't given the opportunity to cancel and get a refund. They said they would keep my payment. I wasn't given a better accommodation for a family of six.

Grocery store across the street. Easy access to trains as well as restaurants. Laundry service.

Nothing was bad.

I liked how it was clean, quiet and spacious compared to other hotels. Also it was very convenient having a market in front of the hotel. Very good place to stay if you want be almost near to tokyo dome and its shopping centre next to it.

Though not much of a dislike but the nearest station was almost a 10 min walk.

Price/value and near food store.

Did not have a way to adjust room temperature

Friendly staff and very clean at the same time the size of the room was big unusual for Tokyo

Clean and steady, comfy beds, quite neighborhood

they don’t provide water

Close to metro stations. Excellent room.

Not a place to meet people.

It was in a quiet, out of the way area which was nice for the end of the trip. Rooms were a good size with most amenities. A grocery across the road was very convenient. Staff were free Wendy and spoke fluent English for us.

You have to train to get to nearly anywhere since it is off on the far side of Shinjuku.

Nice location, everything what is needed in the room including teapot, little kitchenette, different supplies: slippers, bathrobe, toiletries, etc. Very convenient place for washing and drying clothes. Very good supermarket in 1 min walk

One side of the double bed was near the wall

Large rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet and pleasant with good AC.

The shower is nice. The room is nice too.

1. The bed and pillows are hard. Actually all hotels in Japan that we've been to have hard beds.2. 900m walk to station.

The room we got was of decent size considering Tokyo standard. There was a smoking zone dedicated for the hotel guests at the ground floor. Again, considering the limited availability of smoking locations in Tokyo, it is an added point for guests, who are smokers.

The location of the hotel was almost 11 minutes (including 3 boring zebra crossings) away from Iidabashi Station.

Clean, good location, staff services, accommodate more than 3 people in a room. A decent sized TV. Aircon and air filter works. Courier pickup service at the front desk. The staff mediated well when other customers were laud past midnight. Without their help, we wouldn't have any sleep that night.

Smells. Sewage smell in bathroom stunk up so bad. The bathroom fan didn't help get rid of the smell.Toilet paper is super thin.Towel is small and thin. The bed is hard, I wish there is a mattress topper.Windows are smoked, no view. Need more luggage stand. One for 3 people room is not enough. And the stand is too small to support big suitcases.

Great hotel , modern and clean with relatively spacious rooms with great set up. Our room had a mini kitchen with a microwave and a kettle , cups and small spoons . There were no plates which would have made it perfect , but we got by. Beds were very comfortable. There’s a great supermarket across the road and train station is about 8 minutes walk with fairly easy commute to all major attractions in Tokyo. Would highly recommend, especially for families

I loved everything about this place. The best part is that there's a large food market across the road where you can buy fresh fruit, ready-to-eat bento boxes, freshly-baked breads and sandwiches, and coffee.

The room size was big for Japan!

It is a little off the beaten path but once you get the train down you’re good!

The purpose of our trip was to see a concert at Tokyo Dome. We arrived the day before and went to Kidzania. The hotel was an easy ride from Kidzania and walking distance from Tokyo Dome, without the high prices of hotels close to Tokyo Dome. The room was fairly big considering the fact it’s an inexpensive Tokyo hotel. Three people fit comfortably and there was room to open our suitcase. It is very clean and simple hotel, absolutely no frills but we didn’t need any. We are coming back for two more concerts in May/June and have already booked this hotel again for those dates. I think this will be our go to hotel for any concerts at Tokyo Dome.

the beddings (mattress and pillows) provided excellent comfort.

the size of the room for a family stay was on a smaller side though I would assume it was a fair size as fat as a stay in Tokyo goes.

Easy to locate. Supermarket across the road.

Inflexible for early check in.
