Super Hotel Asakusa

Location is very good. Staffs are very nice and courteous. Bathroom is nice.

Room quite small. Not enough hanging space for clothes

I loved the staff and location. Huang was a tremendous help with directions and recommendations.

Breakfast was good, japanese style with lots of options. Similar things every day but some variety. Staff overall was excellent, very friendly and helpful. They have an area where you pick a pillow type you like and some pajamas if you need. Also some small packets of different products for the shower as well as face products and lotions. Great location near the temple, shops and food

I mean the rooms are small but that's expected.

The location, next to Sensoji temple which is nice. Close to Asakusa station (roughly 8 minutes walking distance). Honestly, great location to stay to be near these locations, but if you're expecting to be in a good hotel, might be better off somewhere else. Book here if you don't care about the hotel (just for a place to spend the night, which is what I did), but if you want a more pleasant experience, book elsewhere.

Only one elevator, room is very small, breakfast is mediocre, TV is pretty limited. I'm speaking from past hotels I've been that are way cheaper in Tokyo but has better value/equipment.

Free luggage storage. Location is great too!

This hotel is comfortable and quiet. It is nicely situated near the temple and comes with a fantastic breakfast.

The staff was really good. The location was great for what we wanted to see and do.

The room was really small, of course it's Japan so they are small. Breakfast was okay. We stayed at a Super Hotel Kyoto and the breakfast was so much better. They need another coffee machine so crowded.

In the heart of Asakusa. Many amenities to choose from, including pillows. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. The room was tiny, but we were aware.

Close to Asakusa. Pretty clean, choosing a pillow of our own was nice but the good pillows run out fast and you are left with whatever is left.

Super small room, window didn’t open or have any view at all, breakfast was mid.

The location of this place was the huge plus. Literally at the back of the most beautiful temple... Allowed for lovely evening walks as well as proper morning visits to the temple and its surroundings. Lots of food options and other nearby areas to explore. The staff were super nice!

The floor of the room wasnt particularly clean. Otherwise everything was clean enough.

Excellent customer service, the staff were friendly and helpful. I love the choice of pillows and amenities. I love the drink machine that allows people to mix up custom drinks.

Nothing was bad

I like staying in this hotel because of the washing machine that works properly. It's also really accessible to a lot of popular places like Sensoji. Amenities are always replenished every day, even if you don't ask for them.

Since there's only 1 elevator, please be patient in waiting for the lift as it may take a little while, especially during busy hours.

Small, efficient rooms. Good and diverse amenities, good service from the hotel. Support with luggage delivery and storage. Staff try to be as friendly as possible.

It’s very clean and I love their free breakfast. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They only provide 1 pillow but they have an area where you can get more pillows and toiletries which is very wonderful. It’s very close to Senso-ji maybe a 3 min walk.

The place is very small which is very typical for a hotel in Tokyo. It’s 10 min walk to the train station.

Great location and accommodations for our family of six (including grandparents and kids). We booked two connected double rooms, and a separate room with a double/queen bed. We had breakfast every morning. Location was convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Proximity to Senso-ji temple and train station.

Rooms are small but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

WiFi could be difficult to stay connected. We felt the space was fine for us, but people over 6 feet tall or over 180-200 pounds will probably find the rooms and bathrooms to be too small to be comfortable for them.
