Tokyu Stay Kamata - Tokyo Haneda

Location and the room size. For our second stay, we had a bigger room which has enough space for two people to handle the luggages.

Luggage storage is only available if you have two reservations at this location and it's 7 days apart max. We thought they offer service beyond our stay, yet, was rejected.

The staff were friendly and kind. The room was clean and quiet. There are a bunch of restaurants and shops near by and most importantly it is only 20 min to Haneda Airport

Loved the ease to train station, Haneda and city sights. Very nice staff, daily amenities available. Free coffee.

The bed was very firm.

It's everything you can want for an amazing deal, we picked the hotel to be close to the airport, and it is close to two train stations and some stores and restaurants, the staff was kind, spoke decent English to communicate with and kept our bags until (left hotel 5pm with them, check out was at 11am) our flight after check-out, they had free coffee and a nice place to have it, all the toiletries included and the bedroom was the biggest (although not huge by any means) out of the other hotels we stayed during our trip. Would definitely go again.

Bed was a little hard but with all the walking we do during the day we still slept nicely.

Hotel very nice and located very close to the keikyu kamata and Haneda airport. The staff also helpful! Will stay here again if go to Tokyo

The room is too small for family of 5 so we have to book 2 rooms.

Concenient location - a short walk from Keikyu Kamata train station, which connects to Haneda airport, Tokyo city center, Yokohama.Very quiet room, very good quality coffee & a variety of tea packs at the lobby. Good security, helpful staff.

Room was just big enough for two people which was nice. It had a kitchen with microwave and a washer/dryer for clothing which was very helpful. It's super close to Haneda airport which was perfect for us.

The location is a little further away from Tokyo city center but other than that, we didn't have any issues with this hotel at all. We would recommend it if you're planning on only staying a couple of days and want to stay close to Haneda.

It was clean, and convenient for first time travelers. It had washers and dryers. The staff was extremely helpful with shipping luggage to next destination.

Nothing to complain about!

It’s in a very good area, lots of restaurants and a 6 minute walk to the nearest train station. The staff was very nice and helpful! They were kind enough to get us a taxi when we needed one and did it with no issue. They had a translation device on the front desk which I also thought was pretty neat. The room itself had everything you need for a good nights rest. Would highly recommend if your trip is to travel and not stay in your room all day.

Not too far from keikyu kamata but a little walk. No combini around better to walk to the station. It’s very easy for who use haneda. Very close.

the location was great. only 5 minutes from keikyu kamata station, neighborhood was nice and peaceful, with kids playground in 200 m,staff was nice, my kid got nice amenities package for children, which was seems the standard hospitality in japan, room was small but function well, the in room washing machine was a great feature for us, breakfast are self made microwaved food,but the selection is quite decent, overall is good and worth the price

Good location with just about 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata station. Despite just few steps away from many restaurants and two supermarkets, the hotel itself is in a quiet block. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Property was in an excellent, convenient location between two busy rail stations and near plants of dining options

The room is rather humid and smelly. It gets better after the AC is on, but still, the smell is not enjoyable.

Friendly front desk staff, clean facilities, good bathroom.
