    Cons -

    • The hotel did not provide shower cap.
    • Watch out! This place has dishonest employee(s). We forgot our pillow at the room but they said was not found. We left a can of beer in the suitcase for them to hold for 2 weeks which was not there when we came back to retrieve it.
    • Small rooms but good price

Location is very convenient. Price is good.

Room a little small. Had to open suitcase on bed. Should have reserved a bigger room.

The hotel is very close to train station. Very easy to find the location. The staff is always very pleasant. Restaurants and shopping is nearby.

    Nothing to dislike.

The staff was friendly. They make a point to recognize you and know what room you are in after you check in. The hotel restaurant seems very popular for breakfast. Two of us were traveling, and this appears to be one of the few hotels in the area that offers 2 beds.

The reason the staff makes a point of recognizing you is that you are asked to leave your key with them if you leave your room for more than 20 minutes. The key is a physical key on a keychain and like many Japanese hotel rooms has to be in the slot in the wall in your room for the air conditioning to work. The hotel room itself seems rather old, the air conditioning a bit slow to cool down the room. When we arrived we were asked to wait a few minutes as they were just finishing cleaning our room from the previous guest. Once we arrived in our room, there was a mostly empty plastic glass of a drink, a almost empty carton of apply juice in the mini-fridge, a half full and empty water bottle, and a pair of boxer shorts on the floor. Other than that, the room seemed clean. The staff apologized for the state of the room, which was not cleaned up to their standards, so perhaps this is an unusual case.

The location is very close to train station, convenient stores, restaurants and shopping mall. The staff at front was nice, the hotel cleaners provided clean towels and kept the rooms clean. When I travel to Japan I like to stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was the prime reason of our choice. Being that it's location is a few minutes from the JR Station and that the receptionist informed us that there was a bus service from close by that we could use to go directly to Haneda Airport, which we did. The hotel has easy access to the town with its restaurants.

The only downside was the lack of facilities regarding hot drinks in the room. A kettle was available via the floors central repository, as were cups and tea bags. but the only choice of hot drink was green tea but no milk.

The staff was very friendly and respectful and the location was very close to Kamata station making for easy exploration of Tokyo.

The pictures on booking.com made the single person rooms look much larger than what I actually got. The bed was uncomfortable and my knees hit the wall when using the toilet. There were also only two power outlets, one of which was located next to the bathroom door and presented a tripping hazard when In plugged things into it. The wording on the website was also misleading in terms of breakfast, which I interpreted as being included, however, it was an extra charge.

The staff were friendly, courteous and responsive. I would certainly use this hotel again and recommend to friends and family. Location is close to the Kamata train station train station, but not too close, and easy access to shops and eateries.

Convenient location very close to Kamata JR station, 10 min walk to Kamata Keikyu station.Everyday clean sheets, free bottle of water, etc....Reception staff is very friendly.

Rooms are very small, but hey most people don't stay 2 weeks but one or two nights. Its Tokyo right?

nice to have a place with so many non smoking floors available, and close to the airport too. the staff was very nice and helpful. and the place overall was clean and well kept. the breakfast looked like one of the better hotel breakfast’s I’d seen. although I didn’t eat it I’d wished I had. the best part was that their was wifi for each room and it worked well. a lot of places I’ve stayed this was not the case. i was very grateful for it.

it was a bit hot in the room, turning on the fan only helped so much but I’m sure the front desk could’ve helped. since it was a short stay I just left it as is.

Front desk staff very kind and helpful ( special note for Miss Goshima that provide very useful before arrival information, and was veery helpfull during the whole stay, )

    ....only could stay 28 nights....!

Because it's in Tokyo, expecting a larger room would be dreaming the impossible, but the room is small. The air-conditioning is good, and the bed very comfortable, and the staff was always great and helpful. The location was very good near a train station only about 200 meters distant. I had a bit of a hard time locating the hotel the first time (it was dark), but an extremely helpful local man walked with me to show me! Bless ? him. For any foreigners: use the trains instead of the buses. Much faster! Especially the airport train. Take a taxi to the station with the line for the terminals! Only ¥580. The train ¥250. You go to the Kamata Station for the taxi to Keikyu-Kamata Station. Ask the locals, security forces - for help with buying train tickets if in need. They are very kind.
