Great location close to subway on direct line from Haneda. Staff were friendly If you don't require space and only need somewhere to sleep this would be OK

Rooms were tiny even by Tokyo standards, a bit like sleeping in a small caravan. Pillows uncomfortable, breakfast choices limited compared to other Japanese hotels

The location is quite close to the subway station, convenient stores, Tokyo tower and many restaurants. Within 30 mins by subway to lots of sightseeing and Haneda airport. The staffs are friendly and the breakfast served is very delicious.

Room kept clean daily. Close proximity to the JR and metro train lines. Short walk to Tokyo Tower,7 eleven , and Family Mart stores. Free Japanese breakfast, slightly changed up daily. Staff very helpful in giving great directions on trains.

Very tiny room space, but manageable. If you use the washing machine for laundry, read directions first!! You'd be surprised to see what it does first. Not clear directions to hotel from subway station.

The bed was a little firm and the room was much smaller than I thought but still good for what it was needed for!! Very typical for Tokyo as well.

The rooms were small, but this is to be expected in similar business hotels all over Japan. I was amazed by the kindness of the front staff and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. In other similar hotels, one usually does not get such a wide choice of both European and Japanese food at breakfast. I also liked many healthy options such as vegetable smoothies and salads. The room and the unit bath were perfectly clean and felt new. The location is excellent - walking 5-10 mins to Tokyo Tower or Kyu-Shibarikyu gardens, easy 20 mins access to HND airport and 5 mins walk to Daimon / Hamamatsucho which connects JR lines and 2 metro lines.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful to all our needs, even have umbrella rental.

The hotel staff were great and very accommodating. The room was on the smaller side but for a solo traveler it works out. Also a close walk to Tokyo tower and a bunch of nearby restaurants!

I loved staying in this part of the city. I know everyone recommends staying in Shinjuku/Shibuya/Asakusa, but I really feel this was a better choice. It was nice to return home to a much more relaxed and quiet place after a full day. It was very well connected, close to Tokyo tower and Ginza, direct lines to almost everywhere in the city. Breakfast was very nice, but certain items, like the pastries, ran out quite quickly.The ATM in the lobby was very helpful.

The room was quite small I think, even by Japan standards, or maybe we had just accumulated too much stuff by the end of the trip. Other than that everything was great.

Location was perfecto for city exploring. Conection to all destination from near by metro stations. Stuff was polite . Room was clean, just as espected small for europian standards. All ameneties can be provided in hotel loby.

It's full of services, the breakfast is nice and varied, it's VERY well located (you can go to Tokyo tower on foot) and close to both subway networks and JR trains! Gives you two room cards so you can split off with your partner if you want.

The room was pretty cramped for the both of us and our luggage. While they have laundry, it's 2 machines for the entire hotel and they are much smaller and slower than what you'll find in laundromats around the city.
