Polite staff especially the room cleaner

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious.The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was good but not too many western style food. The building was little old and didn’t feel like worth the amount we paid..

I loved the breakfast. The food was impeccable and delicious. It's especially noteworthy that it's farm-to-table, I think from Tohuku. Compliments to the professionals who arranged the buffet.

I couldn't enjoy the bathroom due to the mildew smell of the shower curtain. I felt quite sick with the smell. This reduced my room experience tremendously.

We like the friendliness of the staff, they were very helpful with our request to store our luggage’s on our last day, the room size was very big, 2 adult beds and 1 child bed. Much bigger than the room we had in central Tokyo. Cleaning staff gave us a new bag of towels and toiletry everyday when we didn't need any room cleaning. We loved how closed it was from the train station and seven eleven was just next to our hotel.

Older property-not renovated for long time, basically clean but it needs deep cleaning. Bathroom floor can be scrubbed with better product to reduce dark stains. Peeling wall paper can be glued. A/C unit needs better dusting. I didn’t like Unit bath which is sitting higher to bedroom floor

Area was good. In close proximity to restaurants/supermarkets. Private bathroom and shower was nice.

The room was too hot and we could not figure out how to change it.

Amazing location close to many shopping centers, and the Fuchu station, beds were comfortable and the room was large and accomodated all the baggage we had with no issue. The staff was very professional and friendly. The price was also very good for the season and location. Restaurant seemed to be in use almost always so its probably good, but we didnt manage to check it out sadly. overall a very nice hotel.

Room/bathroom design might be a bit outdated, but its not a big problem.

Great location, with easy access to Tokyo. Lots of stores/food/ cafes in the area. Convenience store opposite hotel.

Annoying that hotel staff always assume a foreigner is a tourist and are dumbfounded when I dont have my passport with me. They dont ask Japanese guests to provide any proof of identity, but always insist for foreign residents.

We attended a church conference at Lumiere Fuchu, located just a 5-6 minute walk from the Hotel Continental. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of Fuchu Train Station, as well as numerous shopping malls, coffee shops, and restaurants.On the third floor of the hotel, is a dedicated room equipped with a microwave, washer, and dryer, adding to the convenience of our stay. Additionally, there is a convenience store just around the corner for any immediate needs.Food was fresh, healthy, and delicious! Recommend this place!

We had a great stay.

Convenient location, friendly staff who speak some English. The restaurants were also good. Nice desk for remote workers and lots of food and shopping options around.

It’s an older building, so it’s not immaculate and that can’t be helped. I think the bathroom ceiling could have been cleaner, but who knows how often the cleaners look up. Still a decent place to stay.

The location was perfect! Only a few steps from the train station and next to a lot of great food options. The area was nice and quiet during the day and at night there were a good amount of people walking around the restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and our room was spacious and comfortable. They lent us free umbrellas when it was raining and let us store our luggage in the lobby after check out free of charge. And the breakfast buffet was delicious!

I can't think of anything to complain about. The staff addressed any needs we had and were even fun to talk to and joke with. We had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was elaborate and showcased the Japanese cuisine. Loved the food.Very close to subway. Can easily get to the city with express trains.There is a cool food court just behind the hotel.

Rooms could be a little bigger.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations on what's around. They cleaned my room while I was gone and replaced the towels. And I loved the pj's that were provided. They were very warm and comfortable.

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to Fuchu, 30 minutes ride to Shinjuku on Keio Line. Breakfast was good and varied.

No black tea at breakfast

I liked that the hotel offered laundry service. I also liked how the hotel accommodated to my family.

It was very convenient location. Hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet were excellent.
