Shibuya Tobu Hotel

Excellent location, good breakfast included, lots of amenities to make your stay more comfortable, helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms are compact but comfortable.

Adequate room size for Japan. Very quiet considering that it's a couple blocks from Shibuya crossing.

More expensive than other hotels we stayed at but also higher standard.

Staff is friendly. Teabag and dripped coffee provided in room, which is a plus. There are convinent stores located half block down on either direction.

Location

Small

Location

The diner

It was advertised as a queen but it was a double

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Booked at the very last minute.

The price versus the value

Great location! Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. A variety of toiletries snd coffe/tea supplies were available as needed.

I wish there was a bit more variety in the free breakfast, but there are a couple choices and the food was fine.

clean and its location

small rooms

Location, breakfast options, good beds & bathroom

Great location, close to transportation and within walking distance of Harajuku.

They took care of our luggage before and after we checked in and we went around the area before our flight.

We didn’t stay in room close to each other

The location was great

The facilities are quiet old and run down

Friendly staff, quiet place, perfect location, 6 mins walking from shibuya station. You will use the famous shibuya crossing everyday.

Small room size, my suitcase barely had enough space, but easily overlooked for all the convenience/amenities that the hotel offers

Great location and nice staff

The room is too tight and outdated

Great location

The room was very overheated and had poor air circulation and was very suffocating. In the winters they put on heating centrally for everyone. After 2 days of barely being able to breathe in the room, one of the staff members was nice enough to offer a table fan for the room. Didn’t really solve the issue too much but atleast the air moved a bit. Room was also very tiny and the bathrooms need an upgrade.

The location is great , but you have to walk from the nearest station.

We didnt have AC and the room was hot ! Also it got restaurant smells from the street.

The location was perfect. Train station very close, 5 min walk. Family Mart next door for food and drink items. Restaurants on premises and a coffee stand in lobby. Front desk staff very helpful and room cleaned well. Second time I have stayed here.

Room was small but expected for hotels in Japan.

Location, location, location and coffee bar in the lobby that is open early (6:30am I think).

Our room was very tired (scuffs on wall, etc) and the furnishings are such that it seems more like a dorm room…which for $400USD a night was a little tough to take.
