Location. Good breakfast. Attentive staff.

Tiny room, but it’s understandable in Tokyo

It was conveniently located in a safe, upscale neighborhood.

Check-out time was too early and inflexible, with extra charges for extension. Breakfast outlet was overpriced. No newspapers offered in English.

Location is five minute walk to the nearest station

Very thin walls. The kitchen and bathroom is shades among three other rooms.

The hotel had great basics and was a quick walk to multiple subway lines. The bed was comfortable and many amenities were supplied.

Sound traveled between walls a bit. No guests were roudy so it was okay but if you did have a loud neighbor it would be rough.

The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. Room service was very good on days scheduled. I loved my little room. I loved the neighbourhood with Seven Eleven across the street. The lark next to it. Fishmarket in just 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful location with very nice and kind people around. And the laundry machines helped a lot!!!

The only thing i did not like was the bartender/server at the bar downstairs. It was my last night there, so i decided to come in and try some of the food and drinks your hotel had to offer. Unfortunatelly, i was treated quite rude and belittled by the way i was looking.... The lady who was a barback, or a helper, appologized to me about her superiour, but i didnt even finish tje beer i ordered... So i went to a hote restaurant couple blocks from you to enjoy my last great meal that i was saving for the last day... Im sorry i did not wear a suit and i was not a male, but i am a tourist, washing my clothes and willing to enjoy my last meal in your beautiful and amazing country! That was very sad to me, because even some people who spoke hardly any English, helped me with train directiins, bus directions, thibgs i ordered and asked about... Im sorry to share this with you, but it did hurt me... However, when i come back to JPan, i will absolutely stay at your hotel!

Check-in was easy despite my late arrival. The room had a queen bed, and it is great if you travel alone. The bedding was clean and comfortable. They clean the room every 2 days, but every day the hotel provided extra towels, coffee, toiletries, and a fresh yukata. There are on-site laundry and dryer machines, but you need to provide the detergent. The position is great: 5 minutes by walk from the Tsukiji Fish Market and 20 minutes from Ginza center. There is a bus stop nearby (£1 per ride) that stops in Ginza if you don't want to walk. Plenty of places to eat (cheap).

They do not have an ATM inside the hotel.

It's clean and neat. The location is close to Tsukiji Station. There are several shops like Seven Eleven and Family Mart near the hotel. It has a bathtub with hot water and the AC works well.

The room is small but the amenities are great. It's worth the price.

The location was excellent for anything we needed. The staff were really nice and the room was reasonably furnished, had a hairdryer, towels, shampoo everything. The size of the room was really really small, we struggled to get things out of our suitcases, but it was well worth the great location and price.

Everything was super functional and clean

Luckily I booked a double room for two adults paying a little bit more even though I was alone....rooms are super small so I wonder how 2 adults would have fit in that room.

Small room

Quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. Very convenient location if you have family staying at St Luke's hospital. Walking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants and public transportation. The staff was very compassionate about us changing plans last minute once we found out our son would discharge from the hospital earlier than expected.

Floor outside room needed vacuuming, bed was decent.

Near to a subway station. Clean yukata,towels, everyday. Flannel,tooth brush, shaver and slippers provided. Seven Eleven across the road to save money on food.

Near to a large hospital so ambulance noises.

It was a bit on the outskirts of Tokyo but overall excellent distance to a convenience store!

Towels and robes delivered daily with regular room cleaning (indicated on TV menu screen). Bed is comfortable and fairly spacious room. Toiletries are fully supplied. Staff are super friendly and can speak English. Laundry and microwave all on level 2

The shower head is positioned in a way that if you have the water on too high it will collect on the top of the tub and fall onto the floor. I recommend having the pressure low then increasing once inside the shower. TV has plenty of movies however no English subtitles which means you can’t understand movies in another language and TV is pretty quiet regardless

The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. The hotel was really noisy.

This property was a great option for spending a few nights. Rooms are basic and not perfectly clean but comfortable and had everything you need. Location was convenient- walking distance from Ginza and the trains are so easy and convenient to anywhere in Tokyo, the train station was about 8 minute walk from this hotel and very easy to navigate (with the help of Google maps!!) The hotel is opposite a 7 11 convenience store which has lots of food options which is great if you arrive late in the evening etc. We also walked to Team Labs Planets from here which only took around 30 minutes and was such a beautiful walk. Hotel was quiet.

Wasn’t the cleanest or fanciest room but we were not spending much time in the hotel anyway and the bed was comfortable with all amenities
