It's a simple and nice hotel. It meat with my necessity for the occasion.

Their lost and found is disorganized. I called the hotel to find my goods I left there. The agent took the phone told me that he couldn't find it. But I am sure that I left it there.

Breakfast was excellent, loved the location especially the view. The omelettes

The double beds were too small for 2 people, I usually book twin beds due to this reason in Japan but thought that if they could provide blanket I could sleep but they don’t provide same extra blanket, and even if they did the bed was tiny, may be best for 1 person but not at all for 2. I guess dormitory is better because there you get at least one bed person not half bed person like most hotels in japan

The location, the buffet restaurant, the view from the tower, the room, the lobby, the friendly and helpful staff.

We liked everything about it.

Very clean and convenient location, close to major retailers and Tachikawa station is a quick walk away.

Room was small but had everything we needed and was very clean.

Great staff and facilities. Great location. It's right next to the station, and there is a 7-11 attached to the building. Lawson and Don q are right across the street

Good location, just 5 minutes walk from Tachikawa station. Room was clean, comfortable bed and specially I liked pillows and blanket. Breakfast was tasty, in Japanese style

Room was small(no space even for luggage, we kept our bags under beds) no cabinet only 2 hooks and 4 hangers.

The check in and check out - via machine - is prompt. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Tachikawa station and there are some solid eateries nearby.

Helpful staff and cleanliness.

There is no shower cap. The days that have no cleaning, they also do not replenish mineral water, coffee, and tea.

Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the closest JR station. Facilities are clean, elevator was always fast, check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. There are famous stores nearby. Staff is gentle.

Beds are not as comfortable as I expected, but they were not bad either. I wish there were rooms for families (we were 4 people but had to divide in 2 rooms).

Great breakfast, friendly staff, very clean facilities. There is a nice Pizza place and 7 Eleven within the hotel. Rooms are small compared to Western hotels, but still comfortable.

Greatly priced, very clean. Everything needed.

I perceived the breakfast as lightly old fashioned.

Exceptional hotel and very affordable compared to inner Tokyo suburbs. Easy walk from station. Close to everything. Lovely, comfortable and very clean room. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff. If you’re heading to Tachikawa definitely stay here.

No complaints at all.

The bathrooms are clean and wel-maintained. The beds are reasonably comfortable and we could get extra pillows when we asked for them. It isn't far from Tachikawa station and there is a solid range of eateries nearby,

Very close to Tachikawa station, easy access to restaurant and 7/11. Really good breakfast. Easy check in and out machine.

Room a little small and easily gets really warm and cold.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable and although the bathroom is smaller, it looks very new and clean. It isn't far from the station.

I could not find a way to call the front desk to ask for an extra pillow. Not a big deal, but a relevant phone number shouldn't be difficult to find.

The room was very clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellant and we enjoyed the fancy coffee machine.

The room was tiny, as are many places in Japan.The pillows were terrible....my husbands pillow felt like it was made of straw
