Clean, great service and good location.

Super close to the Kayabacho subway entrances, and facilities very clean and comfortable to stay in!

The small tv made some weird noises sometimes and the dryers in the laundry room didn't always dry my clothes all the way.

A Tokyo metro entrance on the way to Lawson, so that became a common way to start the day. There's also a 7-11 across the street for other options.

It’s a business hotel, so I went in expecting a small room with normal amenities, and that’s what I got. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even for me as someone who cannot speak Japanese so that was very appreciated.

The WiFi was spotty.

The breakfast and the room was really spacious.

The one lady in the front desk was not friendly.

We needed a room for our stuff and a bed after a 14 hour flight, and this served as good as we needed.

Cleanliness was a bit lacking (wall stains around bed)

This is a Japanese business hotel in a very Japanese business hub, mainly catering to Local business travelers, so there are barely any foreigners, and the staff are all Japanese - something I didn’t realize beforehand. The room was clean and included a decent bed, a small fridge, and a kettle. Towels were changed daily, and most toiletries were provided. The bathroom was decent-sized. There’s a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, but both cost extra to use. There’s also a vending machine on the first floor. The location is very central, a few min walk from the nearest station. The staff were friendly. There’s a convenience store just 2 minutes away. Rooms are small, typical for Japan, so plan to manage with only one big suitcase open at a time. Breakfast was included, offering traditional Japanese dishes, repeated daily, and overall average.

The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear neighbors, definitely be mindful of noise at night. The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring Tokyo, but depending on where you’re coming from, it can be tricky to get back. The walking route isn’t direct, there are only a few pedestrian crossings, and the hotel sits kind of in the middle. The toilet is inside the bathroom. There’s no microwave in the room, the one available is shared on the first floor. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get, but it’s very central and convenient for exploring Tokyo.

Near to a metro station. Easy and accessible

The smoke a cigarettes was hard. They need to be clear at the beginning of your reservation.

Staff was helpful. Quick check in and check out process. They even helped with my luggage delivery to the next hotel. Tokyo station is about a 20 mins walk from the hotel and there's a metro line right outside of the hotel.

As the room is small but exactly what you need. Clean and comfortable. It’s a great location 2 minute walk from subway around Tokyo & 10 minute walk to the train station that takes you directly to Disney. Staff were also able to keep my luggage for me before check in, very helpful.

It was close to the subway

We had to go up some stairs to wnter the hotel and carry our luggage . My mom was in a wheelchair, the entrance to the hotel was not very accessible for thw wheelchair

Location was close to the station and made it easy to get around.

Room size wasn't feasible to eat in the room. Tried eating a convenience store sandwich downstairs in the lobby and was told there was no eating in the lobby. Not a huge problem but....

Surprisingly quiet room with all the necessities and convenient access around Tokyo without being in the immediate thick of things. One recommendation if coming in from Haneda though - take the skyliner and transfer at Ueno rather than trying to find your way out of the maze of Tokyo station from the Narita Express with travel brain, especially if it's the evening. We appreciated that there was some seating in the twin room that wasn't reliant on using the bed, and we were pleasantly surprised with breakfast - plenty of space and offerings. Even on a higher floor, the elevator was really fast and convenient.

Nothing substantial! The facility is a little older, but it's well-maintained.

My room was decently sized, and my bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean.

The Wifi was spotty at times, but maybe it’s because everyone was using the same Wifi.
