Tokyu Stay Suidobashi

They offered a wonderful breakfast buffet with both Asian and traditional western foods and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast workers were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room had a washing machine and mini kitchenette.

The room was small. The bathroom still had hair on the floor and around the tub that hadn't been adequately cleaned between guests.

It was close to the station, well situated (less than 10 minutes from Tokyo Dome), and the room was comfortable, not big but (for me) it was enough. All in all, enjoyed my stay.

Seriously next to perfect. Very comfortable, amazing location, and fantastic rooms made it so that our stay in Tokyo was brilliant.

While the hotel was very very clean, there was a foot stool in the room that was quite dirty, and some of the walls had some marks on them. Other than that, it was extremely clean and comfortable.

It’s a very basic “business hotel” with extremely small rooms. They do not even stock water in the refrigerator

There wasn't a great option for a Vegetarian.

The hotel is well situated, with plenty of nearby places to buy food or have breakfast. The bathroom was well equipped, and the shower had good water pressure. There is also a metro station close by, making it easy to get around.

The room is small, though this was to be expected. Upon closer inspection, we found that the furniture and headboard were covered in dust, which triggered allergies and affected our sleep. When we informed the staff, they said they would do their best to address the issue. However, when we returned to the room, it was still quite dusty.

It was not as close to touristy area, we had to take the JR for most the part. Staff was very nice, they had a waiting area with coffee and couple board games. Also has luggage storage available for the day before checking in and out.

Staff was pleasant. It was very convenient having a washer-dryer unit in the room.Conveniently located near the train station with delicious food options. The chair had a separate foot rest which made it comfortable.

The kettle was moldy. They also did not provide dishwashing liquid for cleaning utensils so I couldn't use it.

I like the location, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

The room is quite small, but it was manageable for our family of three. However, if you have lots of luggage, space can become quite tight. The breakfast did not meet my expectations for Western cuisine, as it consisted only of microwaveable options.

The only good thing about the hotel was the washer and dryer in the room which was the only reason we booked it.

Very poor breakfast selection. You either have the option of a Japanese or western style with one plate for each. Everything was frozen and you have to take it to your room to warm it up and eat it because they won't allow you to eat it in the lobby. I tried to combine the Japanese with western style and was told NOT TO by a rude employee who just took it away from my hands. The rooms were also very small.

Terrible hotel

For breakfast, you need to pick ingredients, rice and frozen food (e.g., fish) and Cook it in your room. How bizarre! I ate at a coffee while paid for the breakfast here. Room was very small. Restroom was dark. No water available at the reception or in the room, also no water fountain. Horrible service

Location was close to subway lines, convenience stores, and quiet neighborhood. Room has washer/dryer and small kitchenette which was useful.

The regular beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Fortunately we could fit onto the full bed. it allowed for more space to walk about and stand in the room.

Very clean and had all the necessities that were needed for a trip! (The in-room laundry machine was amazing!). The staff were so kind, they helped with all the questions we had.

Other than being a bit small for luggages to be spread open, it was a wonderful stay.

It’s relative closeness to several train stations along with its proximity to the imperial palace and Tokyo Station.

I didn’t personally love how the breakfast option was handled. I just personally prefer/expected a more buffet style breakfast option.

Short distance from train station, nice quiet location for Tokyo. Really enjoyed the apartment style living with washer dryer in room, very convenient and handy.

Rooms are a bit smaller than I thought but its Tokyo so expected.

The AC in the room was quite loud and had a hard time reaching the desired temperature. When I turned it off, the room got too warm. I tried all the available settings on the remote, but couldn’t quite find a comfortable balance.Also, the bathroom could use a bit of an update—it’s still functional, but a renovation might make it feel a lot more fresh and inviting.

Extremely clean, good amenities and extremely polite hotel staff.
