Excellent breakfast that prepared me for a full day of travel. Beautiful, elegant hotel with so many amenities. In the middle of everything but manages to feel quiet and serene, like an oasis in Tokyo. Absolutely loved it!
Nothing!
The hotel was in a great location for us as first time traveling to Tokyo. Easy access to the trains, city, restaurants, and shops.
That we couldn’t stay longer here.

Noise of the trains.
The hotel was in a great location right next to Tokyo Station. This made it very easy to get around. Room was nice and would say typical size for a business hotel.

Expensive but a great place to be in after a long flight. Very comfortable location.
Rooms are small
The location is excellent across from Tokyo Station. The hotel is lovely. We had a delicious dinner in the steak restaurant. The staff helped up prepare our luggage transfers and just overall helpful. A large shopping area attached to the hotel.
The location was great
It was next to train station so it was very loud, room was tight and small.
The location is very convenient and steps from the Station and access to many other services. F&B and shopping as well as parks. Staff are amazing and humble.

Clean and well located- loved the linens and well appointed amenities. Great staff
No hotel bar apart from the cigar bar
Much larger room than I expected and being so close to Tokyo Station is in an excellent location. I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again.
Cigar bar was a little over priced. The hotel and room were excellent.
The hotel location is excellent and the bed is comfortable. The bath room and we love the toilet.
It would be great if there more space for a second luggage.
Location and service, quality as expected.
Noticeable noise from trains at Tokyo station.
