Washington R&B Hotel Hachioji

Everything was convenient, clean and comfortable. The breakfast quality was good. The boiled eggs and bread especially. You can also take bread and coffee to bring back to your room after breakfast (they mention you’re not supposed to leave the hotel with it though). Location was fine, a bit out of the main restaurant area, which made it quieter.

To be fair, there wasn’t much variety in the breakfast and coffee was passable.

The hotel is modern and the location is just minutes away from the train station but in a quiet part of town. The restaurants and shopping street is in the other direction, but can easily be reached by foot. The breakfast is really special with very few but high-quality food items like specialty teas, granola, yogurt, fresh salad and baked goods. I requested a quiet room and got one.

At times there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. I did not like the small desk chair with no back.

Breakfast was the same every day which got old quick. Bed only came with one pillow. Coworkers got 2 each. Bed was a lot former.

Everything was clean, convenient and great value-for-money. The location was good, near the Keio-Hachiōji station and the airport bus stops just a few meters from the hotel. The room and bathroom are small but clean and big enough for one person. I would come back in the future.

The location is great, with a lot of convenience stores surrounding the hotel.

The bed was super small, we booked it because it said would fit 1 child, it was the tightest night ever in our trip, we did not move

The AC is not working, not reccomend for you who like cold room, my kids getting hot inside the room. Also they didn’t haver parking area only coin parking.

Good location, steps away from train station, coin op washer, dryer available.

Smoking smell in the room, but none smoking room wasn't available so, it's not their fault.

Convenient for the train as it’s very close to both train stations

I was given very tiny room for my family. I was with my wife and daughter. Did not have room to keep our bags even . Was really disappointed with the room capacity

Breakfast can be more variety on rotation, i stayed 8 days for the same breakfast, it was good, but bored after 3rd day.

Breakfast and lounge for hotel guests are very convenient. It is only 2 minutes walk from Keio Hachioji station.

WiFi speed was slow in my room.

The breakfast and location were very good. Very happy about the fact that you could take breakfast to your room.

You could bring a kettle to your room but there was no cups you could use.The pillow was very small and uncomfortable.

The hotel was very modern, and the breakfast was good. It was also close to both main train lines and the bus stop.

The room was on the small side, even for a Japanese business hotel. There was not much room to even set up a laptop as the table provided was very small.
