Hotel Mystays Kanda

Great value for the price, clean, great location.

This hotel was very clean and looked really nice inside, I really appreciated the two chairs in the room after walking all day. The beds were very comfortable and the ac is great. The bathroom can be a little tight but it was more than okay for me and another person. I also really liked the lighting in the room it was very pretty. Really appreciated the card and tea they left out for us too when we checked in late. Don’t listen to the bad reviewer who reviewed this place I had a wonderful stay.

Location is very near the train station. It is pretty much in the Central area near to wherever we go. Very accessible. I our case we like to go to Akihabara, Shibuya, Ginza, and Asakusa which makes it really convenient.

I have nothing that I don't like in this hotel. It is the convenience, the price and good for family trip. We got two adjacent rooms so we are always near our children.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I had plenty of space. The location was very convenient, being close to a major JR station, so transportation was very easy. Several convenience stores in the area, too, which was great.

That extra step up into the bathroom was higher than expected. Stubbed my toes a couple times.

Love the kitchenette area for making coffee and tea and the adjustable lights beside the bed. Shower was very good.

Rooms are a bit small for more than 1 person.

Everything was great. The walk to Tokyo Station is pretty flat and easy. A cab ride there for 3 with 3 big bags was $20. The staff called for us. There's a Family Mart right next door and a 711 across the street. There are also a few different restaurants and a grocery store. Also a robot café that we didn't get to visit.

Kanda station is convenient to reach all the point of interests in Tokyo. Decent room size. Family mart right downstairs.

The room despite being the normal size for Japanese rooms it had more amenities than what I expected. Bed was amazing, the mattress and pillows were firm and it was exactly what we needed after the long flight and the travel to from Narita airport.

The rooms were cleaned and new towels were provided everyday. There were free toiletries as well as a drink machine, microwave, washer and a dryer on the first floor.The bathroom was a bit small but it does its job.

There were no bins for recycling cans and bottles near the machine or on the floor, but the staff is happy to help with that as well so at the end it all works out well.Also it gets a bit loud due to traffic even late at the evening, but the hotel provides free ear taps.

It was very clean and neat, helpful English speaking staff and laundry room, very convenient location

As usual in Japan: not the largest rooms.

Rooms were clean. They were also small but my 2 kids and myself were comfortable and had no complaints.

The location is great for Tokyo travelers. The staff attitude was great. Restoring my luggage while I was doing sight seeing really won my heart. A wonderful hotel to stay, it would be my first preference for Tokyo travels in the future.

Only the bed is a bit small for me but I am also a tall guy compared to Japanese standards and there is a bit road noise during night otherwise everything is perfect, great value for money you pay.

Friendly helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, location about 10 min walk to Kanda Station. Quiet streets at night. If you want to get away from all the crowds in Tokyo this is the neighborhood for you. Room was small but so are most rooms in Tokyo.

Most major attractions/touristy stuff is a 30min train ride away.

The amenities, access to laundry and microwave, close to Kanda station and friendly helpful staff.

Very small rooms and parts of the room were a bit old. Price was on the expensive side for what it is.Overall, the smallest room on our 22 days trip in Japan, and priciest than the rest. But again we booked 2 days before so..

The hotel furniture was new or very well maintained, everything was clean and comfy. The staff was very professional and polite, they also helped us with the delivery luggage service to another city.

I would have liked to have a common smoking space inside the hotel, but there is a 24h open 7&i on the other side of the road. No big deal, everything was on point.

Average budget hotel with good access.

Beside a major highway, definitely not a good choice for anyone sensitive to noise.

Everything is at the standard level. The room is clean and not too small compared to other chain hotels. The location is OK—not very close to the subway or train station, but not too far to walk. The neighborhood area is quiet and safe.

The microwave area is very small and is commonly used with laundry machine.

The staff was friendly and helped us dry our shoes after the rain we encountered. It was clean and all worked. They also brought up our bags to the room while we were out exploring.

Only downside was the express way outside of our window that made some noise.
