Friendly helpful staff, didn't balk at my meager ability to speak Japanese. Nice room, they even left little oragami favors. Awesome free breakfast, definitely worth the price for the room overall.

The breakfast was good but the dinner was awesome. So many choices and very reasonable prices. A robot delivered some meals. Although we declined daily cleaning, we had fresh towels everyday. Also extra amenities were available downstairs. Free coffee was good. Concierge people at front desk were helpful. My brother loved the public bath. As per our request, our room was near the elevator. Thank you.

The bed and pillows were too firm for me. My brother used the pajamas provided to go to the public bath but I would have liked to have a yukata to wear.

I think it was very centric, the metro station and bus station were super close to the hotel just 1 or 2 minutes walking. The staff was friendly. The facilities were perfect.

The hotel staff was very friendly through the language barrier. They went the extra mile to make sure I knew of everything the hotel had to offer.

A generous room size for Tokyo standard (it even got a small sofa). I asked a quiet room and they allocated me the one at the end of the corridor, I'm grateful. All staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) were very pleasant and helpful. A big bath was available for long hours. As well as self-serviced coffee, there were two types of iced tea by the lobby as 'welcome drink', I love the taste!! Excellent breakfast (extra ¥1,300. for me, it was worth it). Easy 3-5 min walk to the nearest metro station, from there you can get to the central, eg. Otemachi in 9 minutes. Lots of shops nearby but it was rather quiet in the evening, definitely not like in the middle of 24-hours noisy downtown. I'd love to stay here again.

I do understand it's for energy saving purpose, that when you leave the room, you take your room key, all electricity is off (except for fridge). So when you are back from the extreme weather outside, you find the room unbearably hot and humid without air conditioning. Same goes when you are away for 20 minutes for the big bath. But I know this is for a good cause, to avoid electricity waste. Also, maybe it was only my room, but the fridge door stuck and I could not open, this happened almost every once in 3 times (so it happened a lot). I tired to opened the door so hard, the fridge itself came out from the shelf (but the door kept stuck) and I could not put it back, I had to ask the reception for a help. From my second day, I put the thin plastic bag between the fridge and its door, this prevented the door getting stuck again but keep the inside cold.

Good location near subway, close to restaurants and convenience store, nice reading chair and deep bath. Very firm bed, friendly staff, big for a Japanese single room.

The pillows were TERRIBLE. Even with two, not high enough. There was an unclean smell from the bathroom.

It is a short walk from train and bus stations. There is a konbini nearby. The place is very clean and new. There is in-house public bath. The staff were very friendly.

Location. Close to ASICS HQ and to the metro. The room was small but clean and compact.

English is a challenge for almost all staff. Not a problem, but having at least one English-speaking person in the team would be good. I didn't understand why I had to pay more than already paid. I think it was something like a tourist tax, but unsure. Laundry service would be a good add-on.

Impossible to comunicate in English with the staff. Rooms are dark.

Located about 60 yards away from a subway station. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Free coffee in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big sofa chair in room. Great shower. Room size was adequate - anyone who complains needs to pay more for a bigger room.
