    • 2 of the 3 rooms I stayed at at this location wasn't clean. Upon check in, the bed sheet had some kind of red smear on it, approximately 2 inches.I was willing to chalk it up to sometimes these things happen at a hotel. The Hotel moved me to another room.immediately, I noticed that the floors had obvious crumbs of food. But the worse part was the bathroom floor. Disgusting. Pee dripping near the toilet and pubic hairs! I normally, don't leave negative reviews, but this just too dirty!

Location is convenient. The staffs were helpful. close to shops and restaurants. about 10 to 15 mins walk to JR train station. a short walk to HINODE station - the train that goes to Odaiba island.

the room is a bit small for 2 people. Not much room for luggages. Other than that, room is clean and comfortable.

    Nothing to like

Hotel is expensive for location and room size. Location is 2KM walking from Tokyo Tower, 1KM from JR Lines and 3KM from Ginza. It's in a residential area surrounded by buildings on all sides with no view and privacy if curtains removed. Worst Breakfast ever.

Nice location for catching the early monorail to Haneda - that was basically all we looked for here. The price is ok, considering it's Tokyo, and the facilities are adequate.

Staff did not speak English, which was weird, considering this is one of the business districts and the hotel is close to the transport hub. A bit expensive too for what was provided - the hotel needs renovation.

The staff was wonderful; they helped us ship our luggage to Osaka and greeted us each morning on our way out. The rooms were small but to be expected. Comfy beds, very quiet at night, and a short train ride to most things we wanted to do.

    Nothing :)

I loved everything about my stay here! The closest stations are a bit of a walk (compared to how close others were to other hotels) but it wasn’t terrible. I loved the location, quiet friendly area. If you got about two blocks back you’ll find some restaurants and shops! And there’s a few 7-11s around!

This place is close to both the station and the monorail. We were able to walk with our luggage. They stored it for us before our flight after we checked out. I like this neighborhood because it is quiet , near the water and good restuarants. We liked how convenient the bathroom was. Its unusual because you shower in the tub. but it had good hot water and a comfortable tub. The room was pretty quiet.

The room was smaller than I pictured form the picture. There weren't electrical outlets near the head of the bed for the cpap. There was only a corner for luggage.

    8EduardoPosted on: 11-8-2025

It was clean as the staff was nice. There was a lot of local restaurants nearby from local businesses

It was a bit of a walk to get to public transportation. The location was a little bit away from everything.

Friendly and helpful staff! Interesting and unique breakfast! Short walk from train station and nice neighborhood to explore! Rooms tight for two people but if the purpose is to enjoy Tokyo and not do much more than sleep and shower in room, the.m perfect!

Breakfast but this hotel has a unique presentation of breakfast!

I like the location, the hotel staff was very kind and the area is very quiet.

I wish the room was bigger.

    8RatiPosted on: 10-15-2025

Even though the room was compact, but it has bath tub and a comfortable room! It’s located near the gokart area and you can find several konbini there

The accomodation is not that far from station, but I guess we picked wrong time to move out. It’s quite hassle to bring your luggage in rush hour

The location was great. It was only a few blocks from the train station. There was a 7/11 right down the street. The staff was great. Spoke English perfectly fine. The luggage forwarding was good. It was a clean room, with fridge and bathroom. There was also a laundry room, for washing that was reasonable priced. There was a vending machine and amenities in the lobby. There was also a microwave and kettle available in the lobby. Tokyo Tower is about a 15-20 minute walk and is super cool to visit. Along with a beautiful park along the way.

I wish there was a dryer available.

    7RahmanPosted on: 7-14-2025

I did not avail the breakfast as there is no Halal option

    Room space is small

    9JuliaPosted on: 5-9-2025

The check in was efficient and the staff were nice and patient. The room itself is very clean and comfortable, just a little smaller then what i expected but its ok. The bathroom especially was very clean and we were given our own pyjamas which was a pleasant surprise !

The room was a little small but that’s ok.

Helpful staff. Bag storage. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Reasonably quiet. Well placed for the Tokyo Tower.

    All ok.

Decent location: 10-15mins walk to Hamamatsucho station (local trains, JR Yamanote loop, and monorail). Near to a few small supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and chain restaurants (Matsuya and Yoshinoya).Room size is on the larger size of Tokyo hotel room size, though still small. Good standard bathroom. The layout is good enough to make use of the limited space. There is one USB-A and power outlet by the bedside, but no bedside table, with room light switches.Has a fridge in the room. Microwave and. Coin operated laundry/washing machines (no clothes drier) on the first/lobby floor.AC with all modes available.

My room was on the top floor and got rather noisy at times. Banging against some hollow metal structure noise, and a diesel generator or motor on two occasions out of a 4 night stay.Rooms pointing near the train line can be noisy but tolerable. It seems like the breakfast option (at my time stay) was only an expensive (1500yen) 5x small/mini cup soups and bread. There isn't an onsite restaurant which explains this rather poor option compared to the stock images used on the hotel pictures (I highly recommend not booking the hotel with breakfast). Luckily there is a 24 hour Matsuya 1-2 mins walk away.On check-in they said that my booking was incorrect due to my middle name not being present on my booking to match my passport. This resulted in confusion regarding whether I was allowed to check-in or not. Luckily because it was done on booking.com (which has my middle name) the booking was automatically updated. It was strange as I had stayed for about 3-4 weeks in Japan without this issue at other hotels (including one at Shinjuku).

The staff were very pleasant and professional. Rooms were small but bigger than recent stays we had. Overall a very pleasant stay for a week.

    6LizPosted on: 3-29-2025

The room was spotlessly clean, great shower and shampoo conditioner etc

Unfortunately they only had a smoking room left and boy did it smell! Even after opening windows it was quite overwhelming (and I'm an ex smoker!) The hotel is very tired looking and needs a good lick of paint.
