The staff were helpful, the room clean, bonus free water bottles and you cant beat the location for train travel and next to Starbucks for breakfasts

I didnt like the sheets/blankets. My skin is pretty sensitive, so they felt itchy

One of the handful of "next to the station" hotels in Akihabara. Very friendly staff, able to store luggage, fast elevators. Coin laundry primarily takes coin or QR code payment (paypay). Massage chair in room is cool, if you can fit into it. You'll be cramped cozy with two people. More recommended for solo travelers. Do not carry more than 4 luggages here if you can. Unique that there's a hand-held shower head and the waterfall shower head. Self check in with a machine + assistance with the staff.

Room is quite small. Luggage can't too big/thick, else it won't fit under the bed. Bathroom is very tiny to share with two people at a time. Laundry reporting on the TV screen doesn't show "additional drying cycle" time that people might have added after their wash/dry cycle (all-in-one machiens), so the machine may appear as "available", but it might not be.

The location is amazing. It’s pretty much attached to the train station. There’s a Starbucks downstairs if you need it and there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area. The room was very clean. It’s a bit small, but the view of Tokyo is amazing. Probably the best view I’ve had During this trip out of 3 hotels !! The shower was nice and hotel was pretty quiet for the most part. The bed was a little bit hard and the massage chair… just skip it. It’s only good for someone that’s like 5 foot because I am 5’6 and I did not fit in that chair even though I basically booked this hotel so I can have a massage chair. I liked that they had a scale in the lobby so that you can weigh your luggage before your flight. You can self check out in the morning. Ueno is a 20-30 min walk if you wanted to go shopping !

Elevators always stopping on reception floor. Had to get on and off to get to our floor. No buffet breakfast

I don't believe I had anything to complain about during the visit.

Location is steps from the Akihabara station, right in the middle of everything you need to experience in Akihabara. Checkin and out is very automated and quick. I came early and was able to leave the luggage with them until check in.

The rooms are standard for Easy Asia, meaning small, these were the most compact though. But the room size and price seems to be par for tokyo.

Great location with easy access to multiple train lines.

Soundproofing of the rooms wasn't perfect - was kept up my first night by the train jingles.

The location was perfect being right next to the station. The staff were helpful and nice. We were pleased they had a laundry room on site.

The 4 laundry machine is inadequate. Also recommend to have a separate dryer in case clothes are damp.

Location next to the JR Station and Hikabara stores and restaurants was great. The staff at reception were excellent.

Remm akhibara will take care of you, great staff, great amenities, an actual smart tv, a MASSAGE CHAIR, a clean room and a beautiful view of tokyo, whats not to love? Also the tv menu has original music that are BANGERS

I've stayed here before, so when my travel buddy (aka my mum) asked if I could please book something as close to a train station as possible and I saw this remm had vacancies, it was a no-brainer! Excellent location, right on top of Akihabara station (access to JR lines and the Hibiya line). The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Loved the massage chair for relaxing after those 20-30k+ step days. And when an earthquake up north had shock waves that reached all the way to Tokyo, the staff were very professional in reassuring concerned guests. Would absolutely book this hotel yet again!

The staff were extremely nice. Also the room size was pretty good for the price of the hotel.

The only real downside is that the massage chair needs about a 15cm riser or so under it. The leg massage part didn’t work for me because I’m tall. A riser would have allowed my legs to fit the massager.
