Hotel Gracery Ginza

Excellent location.

The bathrooms were severely outdated. The grout in the shower had pink mold.

They offered us a free upgrade because it was reserved for 3 (2 adults and 1 12-year-old)

There was a little grout mold in the shower/tub Room 1114

Very convenient location with multiple train stations nearby. I even walked to Tokyo Station(less than 30min)

Great location 1 block off of the main street of Ginza shopping district!

Location was very central. The room was a great size for family of 4 (6 & 8 year old kids). They prepared everything including an extra bed which we did not end up using.

Cleaning not thorough. Glassware was left undone one day and there was grit in a nook behind the toilet seat cover.

The location is in the center of the shopping district and is close to a lot of coffee shops and small restaurants. Very accessible.

The location is fantastic. Short walk to anywhere you want to be in Tokyo.

Rooms were small, and Formica paneling and bathroom fixtures are a bit dated.

I liked the location (especially its proximity to courtyard Marriott ginza with Narita airport limousine bus), the laundy facility, free amenities , and the highest customer service.

The room was really really outdated - it didn’t even feel I was in Japan except the toilet still has bidet (and older style). The beds were firm, can’t say uncomfortable as I usually sleep on firm mattresses but others may not like it.
