Clean, comfortable, good size, washer and dryer in room and friendly staff
Wish the AC could go lower
great location. Very central, able to get around very easily.
wish they still had breakfast on the 2nd floor.
Great location, awesome view, very affordable, cute decorations.
We have stay 4 night at "Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier" which is well organised hotel especially, like to much about cleaness and location. Definetly, we'll stay in "Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier" during our future visit to TOKYO. Thank you Hotel Management Again
Location n it has washer/dryer inside room which is very helpful. An induction stove n pot with crockery makes it great for simple meal preparation.
Limited cleaning daily = change towels, toilet paper refill, pyjamas change, empty rubbish without making e bed or change sheets which is done once a week only. However even limited cleaning needs to b better. The cleaners empty rubbish in e toilet daily n NEVER once place it back to position. Always right in e middle of the toilet which one can stumble on to if not careful! Toiletries of mine left on sink surface. The cleaners wiped dry n my toiletries moved so near to edge like almost dropping off. Such limited cleaning is annoying frankly! Bathtub is deep n to shower, u need to climb into e bath tub. Not safe as no anti slip mat placed inside bath tub. Post shower, can easily slip!
It was convenient to have a washing machine/dryer & microwave in our room. Our view was nice but the other side overlooks the cemetry. Location was reasonably convenient.
The room and bathroom was a bit small. It was a struggle with our large suitcases x 2. Not allowed to check in early.
Location - very near the subway and Harajuku
I did not understand the staff. She told me that my room is being cleaned yet so I did not proceed immediately. I did not understand her
Good location if you're into the fashion areas. Walkable from shibuya after the last train which can be useful. Room is nicely sized. Beds are comfy, so are the cushions.
Some stuff wasn't as clean as I remember from my first trip. Coffee stains for ex.
Very quiet and well-organized location, just a 2-minute walk from the metro. The hotel was clean, tidy, and comfortable — we definitely recommend it. Our room overlooked a cemetery and a baseball field; some guests might not like that, but we actually found it authentic and beautiful. After all, we’re more afraid of the living than the dead! :)
Nothing really — everything met our expectations.
Location close to metro, shopping, sports, tourist attractions.
The room is tiny but well-laid out.
The price absolutely does not justify the experience — it was far too expensive for what you get.
The room was outdated and not clean. There were stains on the carpets, walls, and bed linens. The bathroom was old and poorly maintained — the water sprayed everywhere and there was no proper ventilation. The lobby is located in the middle of the building, and since there are only two elevators leading to it, we often found ourselves waiting a long time to reach either the lobby or our room. Housekeeping is not provided daily. We requested a late check-out (and were willing to pay), but the price they offered was outrageous — they wanted to charge half a night’s rate for just two extra hours! The lobby was crowded with guests’ luggage, and there was no proper storage room available.Above all, the nightly rate was extremely high for what you get. The location is also not as great as it’s described. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel — especially considering the high price and poor value for money. There’s no gym or any other amenities in the hotel.
The only saving grace in this hotel is the staff . An older man working the night shift was very kind and helpful to me switch rooms as soon as I realized I had been duped by the images provided by the hotel. I hope the staff gets recognition . Otherwise I would rate this hotel a 3/10.
The hotel itself is disgusting! I've paid 1/5th of the price in other cities and found it to be cleaner. My original room had a couch with brown stains all over , the carpet had brown stains all over , the hotel is obviously on the older side and desperately needs a renovation . The tiles in the shower were cracked. There were also holes in the dry-wall that seem to have been abandoned mid-renovation? lol??Immediately I called front- desk that was being manned by one elderly man . Not all heroes wear capes! He did his best and found me a better room which was also bigger . This room was by no means perfect but it was still better than the first one. Carpets had brown stains especially by the doorway and also on the walls . I just kept my slippers on in this hotel at all times .I would avoid this hotel at all costs . It is in desperate need for a renovation . Book ahead of time and find yourself something nicer.
I stayed 9 nights for business (and a little vacation). My fifth hotel in Tokyo over the past four years, so I can confidently say that it was on par with my expectations for pricing, cleanliness, comfort, location, and service. The room I chose (Residence) was well equipped, and having a small kitchenette and washer/dryer combo meant I could heat up konbini meals and run laundry regularly, which greatly reduced the amount of clothes I brought. Bringing just a couple pairs of socks, underwear, and other basics instead of a set for every day of the trip was a welcome ease on my packing.I requested a high-floor during my booking, and was given a room on the 23rd floor with sweeping southeast-facing views of Shinjuku to the north, Roppongi to the southeast (straight ahead), and Minato and Tokyo tower to the south. Below, Aoyama Cemetery, the largest cemetery in Tokyo, is spread out and a peaceful sight to behold. I found it to be a lovely place to take a walk in the morning, a silent refuge in the middle of the city. The AC blew cold and quietly, the washer/dryer was amazing and easy to use once I translated the instruction sheet (detergent also provided), and the internet speed was good. I appreciated the kitchenette and proper desk for working. The room was also dead quiet, and I had no issues with noise.Housekeeping is provided in a limited manner by putting a sign on the door. They will empty the trash and provide fresh towels. A full cleaning of the room is only done once per week, and upon check-in, you can specify which day you prefer.Drink vending machine in the lobby is handy, and free coffee is always available. A FamilyMart is also half a block away. The hotel is a 4 min walk to Gaiemmae station, and in the other direction, 9 mins to Omote-Sando station. I loved being between the two stations as I never had trouble getting around with those options. Taxi pickup/dropoff is also fairly easy as the hotel entrance is off the main street.
The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, and I'd rate them a 6 or 7 out of 10.No closet, only a bar with some hangers is provided. But, this is very standard for a typical business hotel in Tokyo.
Great location, nice view of the city and nice to have a little kitchen area.
The room was disgusting. It was so dirty - everything was stained - the carpet, the couch, the bed comforter. The bathroom spelled like urine (coming from the toilet). And there was no way I was going to do my hair in the bathroom - it was so small that anything I did touched the toilet, and the only place to put anything in the bathroom was a small space just above the toilet.
The staff were nice. The location is great
The cleanliness of the room is unacceptable for the price you pay. The bathroom had cracks and black mold in the shower. I’m not sure if the bathroom was properly cleaned because I could see spills on the bathroom floor and sink. The couch had so many brown stains. Marking all over the walls. Underneath the bed had a thick layer of of dust and hair. I would not stay here again.
The location of the hotel (and view from the room) is great. Close to some attractions (including the baseball) and near some of the key train lines. The surrounding streets are very safe when walking at night. The staff are very friendly and the building itself is modern. The rooms are small but functional if you're not travelling with more than one large suitcase.
The room is small, however still functional if you don't have multiple large suitcases.
